This was the worst experience I have had at a pediatric dental office. The staff dont have any sense how to deal with kids, at least with a three years old as in my daughter case. The day I went, the Hygienist rushing, no time to wait until my daughter was ready, she force her and just brushed her teeth. Because my daughter was so scared, it was not way to take her X- rays. The dentist went into de room speed sweet to her but at the same time was tough, she also grab my daughter by neck and mouth very rude fording her to open it. Looking this I decided say stop to doctor and cancel. Checking out I was surprising that they wanted to charge 214$ for not X-rays, not doctor checking and just less than 2 min brushing teeth. Obviously I complaned and they asked me for go into a room where nobody could listen to my complaints. Trying to mediated they just told me that the refund would be just 107$. So, I had the worst experience and I paid 107$ for it, a 2 min brushing teeth and the trauma on my daughter that she doesnt want to go to the dentist anymore!!!

They have terrible service all around. They do extra work on your child and inform you of this only after the whole thing is said and done. No respect for the child nor the parent. I cant believe they are still open. Took my child and got taken out through a side door by the trashcan when they were finished, did not allow us to go through the front door. Would not recommend at all, unless you like your child being treated like garbage and have billing problems.

Dr Trevino has a shrill bitter bedside manor. This culture of rudeness is pervasive throughout their entire staff. Ive never recieved such terrible service from a so called "professional". Dr Trevino has the personality to be a mortician or night janitor, as long it doesnt require interpersonal skills.

Dr. Treviño is an amazing pediatric dentist! She treats and welcomes everyone as if shes known you from years ago. Very warm and welcoming.

Wonderful dentist. The entire staff cares about children and has so much positive energy. No billing issues. No rudeness. I recommend it.
