I went there couple months ago and all went well, the lady that issues the bill did charged me for a tooth past plus a special mouth was at $15.00 each , I paid the $30.00 and she never told me what the charges were for and on top of it she never handed me the items. My wife goes in next day and the did the same thing, but my wife said to her why you again charging these two items , because you did not give my husband what was on the bill. So the lady removes one charge and that was it so we thought. I was curious as why I need to pay so much for the next visits on the work they said I need on my tooth. So I called my insurance and gave them the code and asked them how much would be my portion of the bill, they said $335.00. I told the insurance agent that they want me to pay $775.00 why is that. She says I do not know why, so be aware if any of these practices who do not show you on their bill how much the insurance pays and how much you be paying stop going there. Plus have them show on the bill which services your insurance does not cover. Now we are on the look out again for an honest dentist. I went to this place because of the good reviews. I did call their office at normal business hour to ask them about the discrepancy on the charges they quoted me, no one answered the phone, I left a message no one returned my call,

This office was highly recommended to me by a colleague, and I was in desperate need of several fillings and a cleaning. I drove 45 minutes, one way, for the dentist to tell me that the fillings werent very deep and may not need the shots to numb my mouth. Big mistake! Not only did she put me through serious discomfort, but the filling either came out or was not properly done. This was two weeks ago, and I have tried ALL DAY to reach someone to get an appointment. The phone rings and then goes straight to a voice recording. After trying for several hours to reach someone, I contacted my insurance to let them know that I will NOT be back to this establishment and to switch me to another dentist immediately. This office seems nice, has high tech equipment, etc. but I have NEVER encountered such terrible customer service. Im very disappointed in my experience and hope Ive warned others as well.

Ive had quite a bit of work done here recently, and have a long and storied past with dentistry. Most of my previous experiences have been terrible, and as such I get extremely anxious. The staff here (Chris, Jennifer, and Dr Zarghouni herself) are some of the warmest people Ive had the pleasure of encountering, and were able to calm me down somehow. Every effort was made to ensure that I was comfortable during my dental procedure, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I cannot recommend them highly enough, youll be in amazing hands, I promise.

It was a blessing to discover a dentist who cares and explains the problems in a very honest and plain manner. The procedure was difficult but it seemed so easy in her skilled hands. I strongly recommend Dr. Zarghouni to those people who have serious problems and are skeptical like me. Her office is extremely high tech and clean and her staff are friendly and professional .

Omg!!!!! My experience was amazing. My childrens experience was even more amazing the children have never been so excited about a dentist visit. They where happy and I was pleased at how polite and friendly the staff where giving me explanation of everything step by step as well as showing pictures. I look forward to going back.

Such an amazing experience! They were so sweet to my daughter and I. I had originally come in for a crown, and unlike some dentists they saved me a TON of money and just fixed the length. Such a great office! Thanks guys!
