Its been now like 5 months that I took my son to get seen that day I didnt have my insurance info but I told them I would have some one on the phone for them but they say they wouldnt see him if I didnt pay for the visit so I did I pay $60 dollars 10 min after my insurance call and verify my info and they get paid thru my insurance too so I ask for a refund and they told me I needed to called another person well even tho this person its been trying to help I havent have no luck or I dont know if she forgot about me but I think its a little bit ridiculous to not be able to send a refund back in 5 months

If you want a great doctor than look no further than Dr Torres. we have been coming to her since my now 8 year old daughter was only 2 months old. The staff is great with the kids they always have a kid friendly movie playing for them to watch. the wait time can be a little long sometimes but she is a worth the wait I drive an hour to come to see her and before we had a car I would take 3 busses to them to there doctor I will never go to another doctor

I have had Dr Lora Torres for a pediatrician for my eldest son for 8 years and my daughter now for 14 months. Dr Torres is an awesome doctor and the entire staff, from the nurse practitioners to the front desk and so forth are excellent. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to work with you depending on your situation. I would recommend others to use this doctor any day.

First off my daughter is 19 months old and shes only seen dr. Torres 3 times since shes been born. And they would prescribe her medication a 1 year old should not be taking. Evanbefore she turned one. Nurses are very nice but she never saw her doctor for nothing and I didnt like that one bit. If I wanted the other doctors I would have gave them their name.

I have taken my son here for @ least 5 yrs. Never had a bad experience. Dr. Torres was very informative and genuinely helpful when the were questions of whether or not he has ADHD.

Staff doesnt listen. I called twice, first to set an appointment then to cancel. They put you on hold then come back to ask you the same thing foe the third time.
