I was so pleased with Dr. Jensen and his staff. I was looking for a second opinion on my daughters teeth, she is 6 now but was 5 (oct 2012) and needed alot of work done. I had took her to another pediatric dentist and that place was horrible wanted to charge me and my insurance an arm and leg for little work abd hurricane service (like fast food in and out business), they refused to do my daughters sedation there and wanted her to go to a surgical place cause she had minor breathing issues (severe allergies). So I took her to see Dr. Jensen and they made me feel So comfortable. The staff is highly trained along with the Dr. On pediatric care, there office is amazing looking, very relaxed, especially if your child is scared or even if you are. They have a great amount of new equipment for monitoring your kid while under sedation. The old dentist place had used up most of my insurance benefits for the year (for no work done just cleaning) and my daughter really needed work done. So smile reef worked with me by not retaking xrays cause she just had them done, they were able to do the worst teeth now and then spit it up to do the rest next year when the insurance renewed. When my daughter did go in for sedation they worked with her very well, kept her calm and me. She did end up having some very mild respiration irregularities and they handed the situation with great skill, getting her back to normal and finishing the work, all why staying calm. A few months later I got a bill from my insurance saying they didnt cover some of the stuff that they were suppose to and I called the receptionist at the dentist and she took care of it all for me, no hassle! Im happy to call them her dentist and her teeth look so amazing and I couldnt be happier. I got excellent care while not paying outrages prices. Thank you Dr. Jensen and staff I will highly recommend you!!

Dr. Jensen and his staff were amazing! I have five kids and Dr. Jensen and his staff were very accommodating to schedule us as soon as possible and make sure all of my kids were seen during the same visit. He was very attentive to my children. My kids were comfortable during the procedures and felt secure with him as their dentist. He is a very warm and caring doctor which fits him well as a pediatric dentist. He really listened to all of our concerns and then he spent time with my husband and I counseling us on dental care for our kids. I felt like the front office staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful in explaining our insurance policy so that I could understand how our dental insurance works. The office is very beautiful and my kids LOVED being there! You really need to experience it all for yourselves to see what a great office this is! You wont be disappointed!

Dr jensen is AMAZING! I love the way he is with my children. He and his staff make my experience so comfortable. My daughter who is only 3 needed to get some caps and my other two children needed a cleaning.. lets just say this... my kids didnt want to leave! The staff is so amazing, sweet and kind to the kids and hands down best customer serivice award would have to go to the manager. Kudos to Vanessa. She took care of every need and worry that I had being that my oldest daughter has a brain injury and I was a little worried about her getting any work done. I left with a smile on my face as well as my 3 kids! Smile reef you rock! Makes me wish I had that kind of experience when I went to the dentist as a kid! I just love how its all about the kids being happy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

My son has been to three dentists and each time experienced a lot of anxiety. We heard about how good Dr. Jensen is with children so I made an appt. for Joseph and it was surprisingly a different experience. My 6 yr. old son immediately felt trust with him and for the first time was successful in completing x-rays! Dr. Jensen took his time with Joseph and answered all of his questions with patience. The exam itself was thorough and the best part for Joseph is that he left feeling happy, comfortable and told me that he wanted to go back to Dr. J everytime from now on! I highly recommend Dr. Jensen as your childs dentist. I personally was impressed with how easily he related to Joseph and made him feel at ease. The office is beautifully decorated and super clean! Thank you Dr. Jensen and staff!

Our five year old needed major special needs dentistry work. Due to many factors, we now needed emergency dental service and one of my friends recommended Smile Reef Pediatric Dental Clinic. She said they are the only kids dentist they use for their pediatric dental teeth cleaning and care. We got an appointment and took her in and we were so impressed by the dental work and service we received. They gave her a complete pediatric dental exam and x rays and then just enough oral sedation to keep her from squirming and crying. The staff tried their best to distract her and keep her calm. Throughout the whole hour and a half procedure, they continuously kept us updated and welcomed us to look through the door while they worked on her. If you need dentistry for children, look no further!

I had the same problem! they have so low customer service, I even spoke to Vanessa the Manager and she asked me to call the Medicaid myself to see witch group I belong to, I called medicaid and wasted 45 minutes in hold just to get thru, i called the dentist back again just to find out that they take all three plans!!! why in the world they make me call if they take all the freaking plans!!! that is ridicules!, and then she inform me that depending on witch group you have is the dentist that you will get, whey does that matter? is that discrimination or what? I was exited to take my kids to this place but if it is already started this way i dont even want to take them here, i can already imagine the rest of the experience here... so forget it!

Dr Jensen and the whole staff at Smile Reef Dentistry are amazing! Dr Jensen treated the cavities in my sons baby teeth that we think was caused by baby bottle tooth decay (but he wasnt judgmental at all, just kind and understanding). He is the best pedodontist, really comforting and friendly. He was also able to treat my special needs child expertly. He got him calm right away and was able to perform the dental exam (that other pediatric dentists were unable to) and my son is even looking forward to his next visit. Dr Jensen childrens dental clinic is out of this world. When it comes to dentistry for children and pediatric care, Smile Reef is miles ahead of the rest.

I have Medicaid and had absolutely no issues. They are The best childrens dentist I have ever seen. The staff is awesome. The whole place is kid friendly, and they do everything they can to make kids comfortable and not scared. The have a huge room with games and movies. When they are getting work done, they have tvs on the ceiling for the kids to watch. The give them glasses to wear while they are getting work done as well. Both of my daughters have been seen and the service every time is great. Dr. Jensen is awsome. The whole experience has been awesome. No crying kids, or irritated staff. Amazing all around!!! I will never take my kids to another dentist.
