This place is a rip-off. First they said they called my insurance company to verify that my procedure would be covered, I had the work done and then they billed me. My insurance company said they never received a call from this place. My son was down at Christmas time and I took him to see Dr. Christensen and he got the all clear - no cavities. When my son came back for his summer break 6 months later I took him to a dentist in Meridian. This dentist found 3 cavities on one tooth and 2 on another. I confirmed that this was the case by looking at the "digital" x-ray. As a result it cost me close to $1600.00 to have porcelain inlays to keep him from losing the two teeth. Dr. Christensen has a beautiful facility with the fireplace and beautiful décor. He should have invested his money in equipment to better serve his patients. He can start by purchasing "digital x-ray" equipment. BTW - I owed him $110.00 I called the office and said I would not pay another penny on this account because of what he did. Just got a letter that they sent it to a collection agency.

Pros: I love that this Dental office is open on Saturdays, and late on Wednesdays till 7 pm. The staff is friendly, the decor very calming, and includes a play room for kids. The staff is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They even called to see if Id like to come early because of a cancellation. I love the environment, from the waiting room to the dental areas. Cons: X-ray machine was having issues the day I went, making the visit a little longer. I had to ask if I could watch a movie on the ceiling instead of looking at my X-rays. I would recommend going to Middle Creek Dental, and have taken both my wife and son there because of their hours and skill.

Highly unprofessional!! I was told my daughter had to have work done on her cavitie, when we left the dentist off they never gave us any paperwork and told me to call back beginning of June. Well I just called back and the little girl who answered the phone kept telling me they were booked until July. Did I want to wait until then to make her appointment or now. I told her now because then I would have to wait until August. Then it got really quiet as I was being passed on to another rude women who then informed me I cant make an appointment unless it is only 2 weeks out. Well this is the first week of June and their booked until mid July?

Dont miss any appointments. I work out of state and my schedule can change at any time. Missed a couple appointments in the two years of going there and they put me on a Do Not Reschedule list. Without telling me until I tried to make another appointment. All work being done is estimates. Billing Lady is incredibly rude. Thinks she can talk you anyway she sees fit. I was never late on my bill and always always paid in full. They broke a drill bit off in my wifes tooth then she was sent to a specialist. Which was 2 weeks out. Thats the only complaint I have of the dentist. The rest is personal

Did you know there are conservative and aggressive dentists? I didnt, but when I took my son to a dentist other than Dr. Christensen when looking for a place closer to home after his office moved locations, I was told my son had multiple cavities to fill. I went back to Dr. Christensen, who said there was no immediate problem, and several years later my son has still had no need of any of those fillings. So glad I had someone with integrity and caution to trust with my sons dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Christensen and would travel long distances to go to see a dentist I can trust!

After 6 years of service, 2 dental coverage plans from two full time employees of very large companies, and always paying our bills, one would think we had a good working relationship. . No problem right? WRONG They DEMANDED $450 a month or no additional service and no option to pay a different rate. Never happened before never given a warning. We will pay them of course but to hold medical care when you have paying customers is poor business and morally corrupt. Shame on you!

After having a tooth extraction, I had to return with a little trouble. The Doc took a look and immediately offered to remedy it at no extra cost. Ive been in twice since with jaw problems and both times I was immediately tended to and welcomed back if issues persisted. In the 35 years Ive had dental care, this Doc has surpassed the rest! Even when I return in pain, I am always welcomed and a remedy is given.

I have three boys. Visiting the dentist is probably not their favorite thing to do, but at Middle Creek they make it as pleasant as possible. The staff is friendly, the doctors are thourough and we have always received excellent care. I appreciate that we can be in and out quickly, and we dont have to wait. Scheduling follow up care is easy and fexible. I highly recommend this dental office.

Hadnt been to the dentist in forever and was not thrilled when my tooth started throbbing. These guys are amazing, from getting an appointment set during my busy schedule, all the way to Dr. Crank dealing with my needle phobia. Got in and out of the office in a timely matter with no more tooth pain! Just found my new dental office!

This Dental team explains things to where you can understand what is going on. They explain options very clearly so you can make a wise decision on what you need to do. I havent had to wait more than 2 minutes in the waiting room before they call me back for my appointment. They also are very kind and work very well as a team.

Absolute crook. This Shaun Christensen guy go online buy equipment he cant afford, use them on his patient, make a quick buck then return them broken to sellers. If you cant afford the equipment, just quit. quit putting your patients at risk , invest in what you can afford and quit trying to scam out other small businesses

The front Office receptionist is rude but the actual staff in the back are awesome and very kind! Due to my last experience with her on the phone I will not be returning. Also the first time they explain my charges turned out different at the end cause now I was told it was an ESTIMATE.

Went as a new patient for an exam and cleaning. They did a great job and were very friendly and cordial. They gave me the special price they quoted for and introductory visit and it included all the X-rays, cleaning and exam by Dr. Christensen. Great experience!

My experiance was great, because everyone in the office and the doctors were very quick and perfesional. So i defenetly recomend to everybody they also affer a paymemt sistem. So it was a lot if help. And they also open on saturday.
