So Im in Vegas for a conference when my tooth starts hurting really bad. Eventually the pain was enough that I left my conference and went to a nearby dentist, who turned out to be a quack (Absolute Dental, terrible place). That night I was hurting even more so I called Urgent Dental around 10:00 at night. Dr. Atwood told me to call him as soon as I left my hotel and he and his wife met me there around 11:00. He took care of me, pulling the tooth and making sure I was pain-free. He then drove me to a nearby 24-hour pharmacy at MIDNIGHT to get my prescription filled. I can tell you that Urgent Dental cares about their patients. To have someone take care of me in an emergency situation and treat me like I was a longtime patient was just such an incredible experience. If I lived in Las Vegas I can honestly say that this would be my first choice in dental care.

HUGE thank you to Dr. Atwood. My 7 yr old daughter was having tooth pain. After my "old" dentist blew us off. I went to a family practice. They told me my daughter had all kinds of issues, but that I would need a pediactric specialist for 1 issue and a root canal specialist for another. Also that my insurance wouldnt cover anything until I paid a $4000. We called Urgent Dental to see if he could deal with both issues. He has the expertise and was willing to take a look. Both issues that the other dentist wouldnt touch, Dr. Atwood seemed to handle with ease (although I know it was a task)... he is just that good. I can SEE a difference in his work vs. our old dentist. PLUS they got out insurance to cover it. HUGE thank you for all your help! Dr. Atwood is the best and I wont take my kids anywere else! Dr. Atwood replaced the need for TWO specialist!!

I broke my tooth the day before I called urgent dental they got me in the very next day the office staff her bedside manner is impeccable doctor was awesome very gentle I put on my tooth no need to take the pain meds that he prescribed me awesome awesome awesome job you guys I would recommend you to the highest level that I could ever recommend any dentist your staff there is absolutely polite respectful didnt matter But I have Medicaid as my insurance still got treated with the upmost respect and care I really really really appreciate you guys thank you so much for fixing my tooth and recommending for their dental care near establishment I would definitely be going there to get my dental care needs for me and my family in the future and won my lawsuit drops youre definitely getting paid to having had that Hollywood smile thank you guys thank you.

Best dang dentist I have ever met!!! Huge thank you to Dr. Aaron and his staff!!! They got me in quickly for an awful infection and did the extraction so quickly and with as little pain as possible, I hardly realized we were done. His bedside manner is amazing, a truly wonderful guy who made me feel extremely comfortable even tho I was pretty well terrified of the dentist! I really cant say Thank you enough! Ive seen a few dentists in Las Vegas, none of which I ever want to see again except for Dr. Atwood. Theyve got a patient for life and because of how wonderful everyone was and how comfortable they made me, Im not so terrified and feel like Ill actually be able to go for cleanings and stuff to keep from ever having an issue like what brought me to them again! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Do not go here!!! I wish I could say this was a great place, but unfortunately it just sucked. The staff was nice but the dentist was not nice nor professional. He gave me Novocain in my cheek! In a two hour appointment he only spent an hour with me, making me wait while my mouth was in pain, and prepped to have my cavities filled. His wife and son were in and out of the office, he would stop working on me to have a conversation with them about their new years plans! He didnt feel like finishing the job (AS WAS SCHEDULED) and ended up scheduling me for a week later even though they knew I had prior arrangements to be out of town for school and needed my dental work done before I left. I think that says it all.

The staff and Dr. Atwood were wonderful. When they send your partials, or dentures or any work out of their office, BEWARE! Dr. Atwood said there would be no charge. They do not stand behind bad work done. I had mine done brand new 10 months and they split right down the middle two front teeth. I was charged the $3000+ billed through my insurance and I paid out of pocket over $400! When I went back I was told there would be no charge then I get a statement in the mail from my insurance company showing $680 dollars and my portion owed is $134.00. They were to fix their work they did a terrible job on. Ten months and I had to go back again??? Great, Thanks Dr. Atwood!

Do not come here. I was in a lot of pain and did not have insurance. The doctor told me he did not know if he should give me a filling or if he should do a root canal so he did a temporary filling. When I was checking out the lady didnt look up from her phone instead of rescheduling the next visit like she was supposed to. I ended up getting frustrated and leaving. Thankfully I did. The next dentist I saw said that the procedure was no where close to deep enough for a root canal and worked on the tooth that was actually causing me so much pain and did it for half the cost. The dentist here was not concerned about how much pain I was in all he wanted was my money!

Hands down the best dentist ever. Dealing with my family can be challenging, yet Dr. Aaron Atwood and his staff are very patient and demonstrated genuine care for my family. Dr. Aaron is very knowledgeable and must be one of the best dentists available. Because of Dr. Aaron and his staff and how well they treat us, even though we no longer live in Las Vegas, my whole family still travels back to Las Vegas for dental care--we trust no one else. From cleaning to braces, and a whole new set of teeth for me, (and also sleep-dentistry services) we have experienced most all aspects of Aarons full-service practice. I highly recommend Dr. Aaron.

I had a great experience at Urgent Dental Dr. Atwood is the best! I His office staff and assistants were friendly, attentive, and kind. I was in town for a conference and had need of an emergency extraction. His office staff took my call before the office was opened and offered me the first appt. I was in at 9am and out within an hour and a half. He was patient (I have a fear of dentists) and made sure I was completely comfortable. They accepted my insurance so the cost was just a co-pay. Best dental experience I have had thus far in my life. It may be worth flying here from Texas a few times a year just to receive my dental care here!
