I dont usually take the time to write reviews but I feel that this one is warranted. I was shopping around for dental work and it is discouraging how much misleading pricing and dishonest practice there is out there in the dental world. I have had many dentists over the years and have had little luck finding a good balance between pricing and quality of service. There is either great service at an expensive price or poor service at an affordable rate. I have had a full set of veneers done in the past at an expensive cosmetic dentist so I am familiar with the wide variance in pricing for dental work. The service was great but I certainly paid for it. I recently began shopping for implant pricing and again found a wide variance in pricing. Additionally there are many different pricing structures so it is very difficult to compare apples to apples from one dentist to another. Ultimately I just ended up getting frustrated and decided to go with the most affordable price. In making this decision I was fully prepared to compromise on the quality of service. You get what you pay for, and currently I dont have the money to be picky. So I found Budget Dental. Their pricing is straight forward with no hidden fees. They were the most affordable price I could find for dental implants so I scheduled my appointment and prepared myself for the high traffic, long wait times and low service standards you would expect from a "Budget Dentist". I can not put into words how far my expectations were exceeded. From the very first contact the staff was professional and courteous. The attention I received was better that you could expect from a high end, expensive dentist. The office was busy but somehow, there was virtually no wait time. The staff manages to keep everything flowing smoothly and efficiently. The office was modern and well kept. The equipment was state of the art. I could have spent 2 or 3 times more at another dentist and not been treated as well as I was at this office. The Dentist, Dr Cutter, is very professional and knowledgeable. She was attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable in every step of the process. She is meticulous and extremely detail oriented. There is no better quality to have in a dentist. I cant say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was by my experience at Budget Dental. Because my experience was so great, I have moved my kids over from our long time family dentist. They love Dr. Cutter and the staff. If you are looking for a fantastic dentist at an unbelievable price, I strongly recommend Budget Dental. You will not be disappointed.

First impressions are lasting impressions! The front lobby clean, warm and very welcoming...free WiFi, coffee and even a separate kids space with Netflix...(Im guessing to occupy your time (or calm your nerves while youre waiting) The front office staff were very professional (which can make or break a business..IMO) My wait time was not very long considering I was a new patient and had to fill out paperwork. 20min tops! The exam rooms have more than enough space compared to some of the ones ive been in! I chose this place because they cater to those with dental anxieties..and doing so without denting your wallet and also to get a second opinion. I went to another dentist that made it seem like my mouth was in bad condition..and I need major work done which would cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. Not to mention they were making me come back 2 weeks later to pay to see a specialist to tell me what needed to be done... whereas here at budget dental... I seen the dentist..and she was aware of my issues and gave me some options to calm my fears.. she also discussed concerns in my mouth....(nothing like my first trip) I only needed 3 maybe 4 things done... as opposed to the multiple issues the other dentist claimed I had. I commend her for being so honest and her recommendations (we were on the same page before I even went in there) She convinced me to get a deep clean...and had a wonderful experience with her hygienist. She made sure I was comfortable...even down to the numbness. I was trembling in the chair and she even provided a blanket to me and continued to watch my body language..and spoke calm words through my entire cleaning (about 45 min) Even though I left there drooling Im very pleased with my experience and the outcome. I will definitely be back in a few weeks or so.. to take on more of the concerns the dentist and I discussed. Might I add that I love the incentives they give to cash or credit patients... at a great price to! Im insured but will be taking up those incentives as well

Did not give pain med for painful tooth extraction even after mom asked immediately after procedure since ibuprofen and goody powder taken for two days after onset of cracked tooth pain began were ineffective. Daughter asked dentist for something stronger since it was over 30minutes without relief from recent motrin taken. Dentist said they inky gave motrin and that motrin would cover her pain. He asked daughter directly if she wanted a narcotic and daughter replied something strong asking what else is given for these procedures and all doctorsaid was motrin. Tech/assistant handed daughter 4 pills of motrin in a cup(which they gave her originally to no avail). Daughter left unable to obtain something stronger. Now I am driving to ca with my mom from out of town and she is in unnecessary pain from this cracked tooth that became painful the day before she left to land. A*****e for not giving something to last through to tonight. Thanks! People already do not have great experiences at dentists due to pain.

I usually dont write reviews, but I had to on this one. Friday my tooth broke. I called Saturday morning and got an appointment for 4:00 PM. Went to the office, incredibly nice people and very clean. Got checked within minutes and was told that my wisdom teeth had decayed so bad that they could not even fill it. While there, I asked them to clean my teeth too. They did. So, they cleaned my teeth, and pulled the Wisdom tooth. Cost was $297.00 for everything. X-rays, cleaning, pulling the tooth and the whole thing. I am not sure, but I thought it was good price. The doctor was terrific. She stitched the area after finishing, gave me pain medication and antibiotics just in case. I swear, I thought I was going to be in a world of hurts, especially with the fact I am over 60. Saturday night, I took 1 pain pill. Sunday, NOTHING. Monday, Nothing. I feel no pain and man did she do a good job. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Two thumps up.

VERY nice people. I dont do well with dentists. Quite compassionate. Had an issue with a broken molar. Explained that I couldnt afford much and wanted a "bandaid" solution. Dr. Cutter seemed to understand, and was able to provide what I asked her for. I was a little surprised at $185 for ONE amalgam filling, but am (mostly) ok with it because they got me in within 90 minutes of when I alerted them to the issue. I would most certainly go back there for future dental needs. I think she is a competent dentist, and gets right down to business without being "cold" about it. Fairly prompt in getting me "in" at my appointment time, but still took 2 hours to complete the filling. NOT an issue considering they had never seen me before. Give this lady a try - I dont think youll be disappointed.
