As embarrassing as this is I cant really remember when was the last time I went to see a dentist. I decided that enough was enough and I needed a check up and decided to try Western Dental in Indio. I was extremely nervous about seeing the dentist after so many years. I was seen right away and met Carlos the X-ray tech. He was quick and gentle throughout the x-ray. When it came to the cleaning Carlos assisted in the procedure. The doctor was extremely fast and very informative. As soon as my cleaning was over Carlos proceeded to explain and helped me with proper dental and hygiene care. My fears of the dentist have vanished. Really looking forward to having more work done!

I went to this western dental and had the worst experience. I went to get a filing on my front tooth and left with a gap between my teeth that I have never had in my life. All they could say is that I could turn around for them to fix it--but after getting laughed at while getting my x-rays done and having to deal with the attitudes that they had I am going elsewhere to get my work done and I will file a complaint against them. Never again will I go there. You spend money on dentists because they are trained in what they do. If they cant look at a x-ray and make your tooth look like what it looked like before they did the work there is something wrong!!!

Aside from making an appointment for an extraction, wait time was unbelievable. Waited for 3 hours of them trying to sell me "treatment" i told them I did not want. I must have angered the dentist that was there cause all they said was we can reschedule you for the extraction knowing well ahead of time that is what I wanted. Could have saved me 2days time in cutting the bs and told me to come a certain day where they perform what I wanted. That being said will definitely not be returning to that office.

Never been there but theyre constantly harassing me to pay a bill when I have never gone there. Fishy staff people trying to collect money and get cards over the phone and when you call them on it they hang up on you going to report to authorities its BS would not trust a office or people with such workers who are trying to steal money from people! Wtf kinda of astablishment is this? Considering Ive never gone to them but they know my name and number. Would not trust this place!

There is a long wait and they don’t do a good job filling in cavity. Long story short my tooth hurt even after 3 days later filling a cavity. They have amazing staff but all there work is done in a hurry. They won’t give you a appointment until 3 day eventough they are the one that messed up! The second time they did a grat job fixing it tho. I don’t write reviews often but I think this one was nessary for anyone trying to change their dentist. Three stars for me!

They were so rude on the phone. Just tried switching an appointment and the girl wasnt listening and kept acting like I was doing something wrong. I really dont feel comfortable taking my 4 year old there to be put asleep. I will take him out of town if I have to. Update: I found a better place called Town and Country Dental who are caring and considerate to my children and worked on them right away and did not put them to sleep.

Dr. Adame and his assistants were so helpful not only did they hook up my teeth they made sure it was over looked by the Ortho for the right choice for my teeth and the rep Irene was such a sweetheart totally helped me with a payment plan I dont have the best insurance in the world, I cant complain I got the best customer service hands down. :)

Best office ever in the valley.dr pasha is so very professional and sweet and explains til you understand.carlos the x ray tech was the best fast and very well manned .the back staff was amazing and everyone had a smile on their face.it may be busy and alot of people but hey it the valley ..big population.great job western dental .Thank u

We LOVE this place, everyone is super nice Carlos is awesome he is great with kids and always has a smile in his face, Dr.Pasha is the best, The front staff is friendly and fast your wait time is minimal, all my kids are patients here and they love it they look forward to their check up every time..... Extremely recommend it!!!!!

This place is horrible! If they are not making any $$$$$$ Off you then you dont matter! Just horrible!!!!! Im in pain with a broken tooth and he made me wait the weekend till Monday to pull it then tell me i dont have an appointment!!! As you can see from all the bad reviews dont make the same mistake!!!! Read the reviews!!!

Just had my teeth cleaned at western dental. Dr pasha was the best... she made me feel welcome and very comfortable her assistant Selena with nancy helped me understand my treatment. At first I was scared to get x-rays cause I had a bad experience years before but my x-ray tech Jazmine made it very painless and easy.

Wait time was horrible while they took in people that came in after me before that my aponitment was at two but they took an extra hour after that they called in took some xrays and told me to go back to the lobby.I had to wait an extra hour the had difficult time finding out the problem with their own computers.

This was by far my worst experience my children had there appointments at 10 and the other at 11:45 they ended up calling my 11:45 at 2pm and my 10 oclock a little after. It was a long waiting time and overcrowded I was in since 9:40am and out till 3pm. If you dont have time to wait so long dont even bother.

I would put no stars if i could. Most of the staff have no people skills. They are rude. And have awful organization. They lost my patient chart and they continue to make many mistakes. Worst mistake was trusting Western Dental with my teeth.

Dont ever go here make sure you know your insurance well cuz they will bill you wrong never take anything from them that they state is free they will send you a bill later. Front staff is the worst unprofessional people EVER avoid this place

Worst place to be called a dental place! This place never respects a scheduled appointment! Went in at 10:30 am for my 11:00 appointment waited 2 hours and not even an update. I promise! Ill never go back.
