Customer service by the front desk is ridiculously substandard. Super disappointed since the reviews seemed so good. Beware is all I can say. I scheduled a glasses and contact exam here to establish care. On my way to the appointment, I realized I forgot my checkbook and had to turn around. Knowing this was my fault and the 10 minute delay could cause me to lose my appointment, I called to check in and see if this would be okay. I live 25 minutes away and obviously didnt want to waste a trip in the middle of my work day if my delay would force me to reschedule. I arrive exactly 10 minutes late, as I told Tasha on the phone, only to be told that I had to reschedule. I was upset and said I spoke to Tasha to notify of the delay and find out if it was a problem. Tasha agreed she spoke to me and offered a shrug as consolation for my trouble. The three women at the front all were annoyed that I was upset about having to reschedule. I layed the charm on thick hoping to perk them up, but it did NOT work. The older lady, with a clear attitude, huffed that she could wait for the eye doctor to get done and ask then but couldnt promise anything. Obviously Im not going to wait around for an indeterminate amount of time without even knowing if I will be seen. So I told them Im very frustrated that after calling to see if it was too late and not being told it was, driving 25 minutes away and using my lunch hour for nothing. I told them to forget it, and Ill establish cate elsewhere. I dont have time for the incompetence and flippant disregard I experienced at Zionsville Eyecare.

My husband and I were recently first-time patients at Zionsville Eyecare. Contacting the office and making an appointment was a breeze. Getting to speak to a live person versus a litany of options was a plus right from the beginning. I also appreciate the varied appointment hours. We were both impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff and the technologies used during the vision screening process. We both saw Dr. Nicholas Garn. We were thoroughly impressed with the time he took to explain the results of all screenings. He even ascertained some health information and vision driving issues, based on the screenings, even before I mentioned these issues to him. We were very impressed with Dr. Garns competency and knowledge. It was the most thorough eye exam we have ever had! We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an eye care specialist.

I called to get a new patient appt and was seen the next day by Dr. Garn. His staff welcomed me & made me feel at home right away. His assistant was very professional and conducted the various tests I needed quickly. Dr Garn explained what was happening to my middle-aged eyes and the different options I had, as a glasses and contact wearer. I needed tri-focals and he gave me a trial pair of contacts to wear to see if they were the right fit for me. I really appreciated how he took time to listen to my concerns about my eyes and his explainations were easy to understand. I did not feel like he was trying to rush me out the door to see the next patient. I would highly recommend Dr Garn.

My girls and I have been patients of Zionsville Eye Care for years. They are always so friendly and helpful. My younger daughter was in a playground accident which resulted in a scratch on her eye. They took her immediately, even though it was closing time and treated the scratch, and went out of their way to make her feel much more at ease. I appreciated their willingness to help us, regardless of the time. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Garn for about two years now, and I would never go anywhere else. I feel I have been taken care of better than ever before, and going into my older years, I feel I am in competent hands. I have used the optical dept. also, for new glasses, and was treated excellent and am very happy with my glasses.

Dr. Hains has been taking care of my eyes since I was about 10 and needed glasses. I had an eye emergancy and he meet me at his office at 12:30 AM to keep my eyes from getting any worse with pain I was having. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors, also with accomidating hours. What more could ask for?

Have been going there since I first got contacts and glasses! They were great at showing me how to begin wearing contacts and have walk-ins for fixing your glasses (I always call to check about coming in though). Have the new technology for examining eyes. Great places for all ages.
