Outdated doctor, outdated information, outdated staff. Provided wrong health information. Billed insurance wrong, had to call office three times to correct a billing error. The billing/ insurance manager informed me "I was at the obligation to provide the correct information." I did, otherwise, how would it get billed in the first place? I handle medical billing; THIS office was the ones using the incorrect codes and modifiers. The doctor was more interested in focusing on the personal details of my life, which is great to help determine my NEEDS but I also never got him to discuss a particular MEDICAL concern; my mother has glaucoma and NEVER ONCE did he discuss my potential for that. I paid for the copays and then went somewhere else and paid out of pocket. Ironically, that prescription was TOTALLY different at the second office than his (and I had the second office compare them), and I filled the second doctors. It was perfect, so I can only imagine what would have happened if I filled Dr. McClains.

Dr McClain is AWESOME!!! I am a new patient and had an eye emergency- showed up to his office and everyone was so friendly. They got me in to see the doctor right away - didnt even have an appointment. Dr. McClain came to the rescue - he was able to fix me right up. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!

Before going to Jeffrey Mcclain I went to walmart for a prescription and the person there only spent roughly 5-10 minutes with me and gave me the wrong prescription. Dr. Mcclain spent all the time needed and got my prescription right, and his team was extremely helpful in helping me choose glasses.

Best eye DR in the Boro. His whole office really cares about the patient and not just how much money they can suck out of you. My husband and I both have been going to Dr.. McClain for years and will continue.

He is a great doc, takes good notes, takes time to talk vice pumping people through. But his staff, especially Trish, are what make it 5 stars. Thanks Trish for being awesome.

Dr. McClain is the best ever! He explains everything very clearly. My husband, 2 children and myself have been going to him for 11 years! Wouldnt go anywhere else.
