Ive recently moved to Montgomery so Im starting from scratch with eye doctors, dentist, etc. I initially booked an appointment with Downtown Eye Care simply because it was the nearest one to my home. My first experience was pleasant and Dr. Marshall is very sweet and personable and its apparent hes somewhat new in the practice (opening in 2013. However, the receptionist leaves something to be desired. Shes very dry and rude! Maybe its just me but I expect good customer service from the time I walk in the door until I walk out, ESPECIALLY if Im paying for a service. My second visit was booked for the wrong time and I sat in the lobby for an hour just to tell them my contacts fit. And once again she was rude! Anywho, Dr. Marshall, and the lady that fits your glasses were sweet. Im contemplating going back.

Dr. Marshall is honestly one of the best doctors Ive ever seen. His bedside manners are impeccable. He walks you through the whole exam and converses throughout as to make it a comfortable environment. He was thorough and personable. I just wish more doctors were like this! Very clean and great location.
