My family and I began seeing Dr. Becraft over eight years ago and we enjoy seeing him and the office staff every year! I HIGHLY recommend them. Dr. Becraft is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They always seem to have the latest and greatest equipment and up to date on information and standards. The staff is the greatest that I have ever seen especially the core group that have been there all the time that I have been going. the new ones are a great fit thus far. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! in both areas of opticians fitting you for new glasses and administration scheduling and billing insurance. As long as they are there, that is where my family and I will be going for our eye care, because THEY CARE!

This has been our eye care provider for over 10 years. They are wonderful, always helpful, and great with our children ages 16, 9, and twins who are 6. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. This office has family friendly environment and everyone is extremely knowledgeable.

I took my 7 year old daughter there for her first eye exam and they did awesome with her. She was never scared and didnt want glasses at first and after her exam and found out she needed them she was excited that she got to choose the ones that she wanted. I would recommend Niles Vision Clinic!!!

First time patient - last time patient. I was sadly disappointed in the perfunctory , routine examination performed by Dr. Smith, she was more interested in writing on the keyboard than answering my concerns. The staff was also unfriendly and "like we are doing you a favor" attitude.
