Messed up an exam that I needed to get PRK surgery (basically Lasik). Had to reschedule for the Monday right before the Tuesday I had surgery. However what they messed up was dilating my eyes which I need 4 days to recover from in order to do surgery. These surgeries occur, apparently, once a month. This means I have to reschedule my entire surgery a whole month later. This further delays my already late entry into the navy. Essentially, this has wasted an entire month of my time as there is a set amount of time you have to wait after a surgery to retry entry into the navy.

I have a high degree of astigmatism and one of my eyes is very difficult to fit with a contact (RGP). I have been through other eye doctors in the area who either did not have the expertise to find a contact that worked for me or did not wish to work with a difficult case. Fortunately, I found Dr. Svatos. Dr. Svatos took all the time necessary to find a contact that worked for me, and I have nothing but praise for her and the optical staff (who even helped me with a pair of lenses I purchased at a different optical store). I feel secure trusting my eyes to Dr. Svatos.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I dont know how they are still open. I have experienced nothing but pushy, dishonest service and discrepancies every time I speak with someone at this office regarding past appointments, services, and bills. They keep increasing the amount I owe, even though the bills they mailed say differently. I am sure someone will eventually have a lawsuit against this establishment for how they run things. They are extremely money hungry and focus on that instead of customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.
