It is my understanding that two long-standing EXCELLENT employees from Advanced Family Eyecare were recently let go. What a poor poor business decision!! I am afraid that this will result in a huge loss of business for you. Many loyal customers remained loyal because of these two outstanding employees. You know what they say about Karma AND one disgruntled loyal customer can result in HUGE damage to your business. Be aware what will happen to you because of "word of mouth" in your small community!!

I am 67 years old and never had a previous eye exam. This was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor spent as much time as needed explaining the process and answered any questions I had. Kriseda, the technician who helped with the frame and lense selection was amazing. She answered all my questions and told me what to expect concerning progressive lenses. I would definitely recommend Advanced Family Eye Care.

Great staff and fast service at all their locations. Ive been a patient with Dr. Jeff and his crew for several years and I couldnt be happier with the service Ive received over the years. Messed up frames? Fixed in seconds. Weird floaters? Appointment the next day. Problem taken care of. If you are in need of quick, accurate service for any eye or glasses problem this is the place to go.

Its been about 6 months and I still havent received my glasses. Ive called several times and they always say, well look into it and give you a call back. Have yet to experience the call back each of the 3 times I called to check the status of my glasses. Not good!

I think that everyone that works for dr. Scieska is great, had nothing but a good experience when I lived in michigan, so all u people that have nothing better to do than try to find reasons to give a bad review should find something else to do with ur spare time
