Doctors are very professional. Both Dr. Harvey and Dr. Hoffman always ask me about my current health related to diabetes, and always check for changes that could take place. I always receive a verbal update related to any changes in my vision. Being diabetic, I worry about my eyes and am very picky about my eye care. I appreciate that my main health provider is always updated after each eye exam. The office staff is more than helpful when it comes to picking out new glasses or ordering new contacts.

Both my husband and I were very impressed with South Grove. He said he had the most thorough eye exam he has had for years, and was impressed with the optometrist. I went to them, on his recommendation, to purchase contacts because I was dissatisfied with the office I have gone to for 10 years. A real person answers their phone and is extremely professional and helpful. In person, their office staff was awesome and efficient. We are gladly changing where we get our eye care!

Everyone is so nice here! They all took their time to help with everything I needed. From the appointment and exam to picking out frames. Their feedback was honest and its nice hearing if a certain frame doesnt look as good as another one. I needed help choosing and trusted her opinion. I have already been telling friends I know a good Optometry office when they need an eye exam!

I was their 1st - or 2nd - patient. I have had excellent care there. Dr. Hoffman is a wonderful, practical young woman who answers all my questions completely. i have had a bad habit of losing my clip-on sunglasses and they have gone out of their way to make sure I got new ones quickly. They have adjusted my frames immediately. I love them.

Dr. Hoffman is not the nicest doctor to work with. She was very pushy with me. I tried contacts for the first time and she made me feel like a small child. I had no problem with the other doctor in the office. Dr. Harvey I believe her name was. Dr. Hoffman was incapable of being patient or courteous.

South Grove Eye Care provide excellent services without breaking the bank. Great place to go if you need any type of eye exam or glasses. While I can get free eye care at the VA, I rarely have any out of pocket expenses here. Also, they take great care of my son and grandson there as well.
