The office manager appears to have a personal relationship with at least some her employees that gets in the way of sound business judgement. If and when you have a business dispute in my case late delivery and failure to return calls you will become a villain. This is a business where your cost will be high around 400.00 a pair after insurance and poor service. My wait time was three weeks after paying. I typically dont mind paying more for great service however thats not the case with this business! I wanted to cancel my order but that was so diffcult is was just easier paying and getting them out of my life

I saw Dr. Jones last month and all I can say is WOW! My last eye doctor told me I had the best correction available. I complained several times of weak vision at distances while driving and he brushed me off. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Jones so I scheduled an appointment. The appointment went smooth, Dr. Jones is the deal. He set me up with a trial set of contacts and for the first time in years I could see everything! My girlfriend was laughing at me as I read street signs from distances I could have never imagined. Thanks Dr. Jones and the team at Midwest!
