About a 16 months ago, I walked in to Dr. Jeremy Scoggins, O.D clinic to get an eye exam for glasses and contacts. I went back several times for prescription correction. Time passed by, it was taking the doctor way longer than normal other optometrist to deiced on my prescription. He kept changes contacts, after contacts, power after power, and finally material after material (or brands, I am not sure). In one occasion, I asked the doctor what seems to be the problem. He said “your eyes are slightly different, I am trying to get by using the same power contacts!” Definitely, it was many trails of several set of contacts none of them were right. In one of my several visits, I asked them in the clinic if there is any time restrictions. It seemed an awful long time to finalize contacts prescription. They assured me that they will continue working with me until I am comfortable with my prescription. It sounded sincere, so I did bear a little longer. Or otherwise, if they can’t give me what I came for; I would ask for my money back and go find me another doctor. Few days before a year have been passed on my first visit to the clinic; I stopped by the clinic to find out why is the delay. Doctor looked in the computer and said your prescription is about to expire; “You need to pay for a new eye exam.” I told him what prescription; we never finalized the first one. I never had a contact prescription from you in the first place. Additionally, I never made the glasses based on your prescription yet! So I rushed to Wal-Mart vision center to get my glasses made before prescription expiring. Glasses are not the right power also. And there is no way to correct them without paying for another eye exam. It has been a year since my first visit. In conclusion, I went to this clinic with my free will to give them my business. It sounds very good so far. Every business would like to be chosen by more customers, correct! What I get in return? No contact prescription, wrong glasses prescription, a lie about payments, and not so nice treatment. Now, I want you to put yourself in my place, and tell me what makes up for all of this. You pay for a service and get nothing in return! I am mandating that Dr. Scoggins First, to apply that one year policy from day one you walk in the clinic not from the day you actually get your final good prescription (which never happens in my case) you need to post this policy. Second, 100% refund of fees he charged me Third, 240$ worth of wrong power glasses waste

My husband and I have seen Dr. Jeremy Scoggins for 6 years now and I have also taken my dad, and my 4 yr old b/c I had some concerns with them and all my concerns were answered. Dr Scoggins is a very professional, thorough and nice guy, you will like his services. Michelle is always on top of everything, very knowledgeable in regards to insurance coverage. They have great equipment, the newest been the best to me, were they can see behind your eye and check the health of it, all this in a 20 sec with a picture instead of having your eyes dilated...Bonus!!! Both of them are very well customer service oriented. They are a great choice for my familys eye care needs, I will highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr. Scoggins for several years and always appreciate the quality of care that I receive. On my last visit, I was pleased to learn that the office has new technology that can be utilized instead of dilation. Its easy to get an appointment and they have office hours that easily fit my schedule. I especially appreciate that they are co located with Sams Club which makes it very easy to order contacts right on site. Dr. Scoggin and Michelle provide excellent service and I highly recommend them!

He has the latest equipment and has added online scheduling or questions; and will respond before the day is over. I took my Mother and Grandson to him too and they liked the service they received. Dr. Jeremy Scoggins was very personable, informative, and affordable during my first visit with him recently. I was able to run down to his office for a quick and easy eye exam, pick out frames at Sams which is attached to his Anitoch Pike office, and return to work within about an hour. His staff was also very kind and helpful. Ill certainly return to him for my next eye exam!
