I am deeply disappointed in my follow on care treatment at Creekside. I first visited them 5 years ago upon moving to the area when I needed CPAP supplies. After purchasing my supplies through them for several years, I was told I needed an appointment with one of their physicians to review a download of the memory unit within my CPAP. This cost approximately $300 when combined with the "appointment". I was willing to let this pass but recently tried to buy CPAP supplies at a web based provider, Creekside refused to verify my CPAP prescription unless I booked another appointment with them. Fortunately, my MD at Swedish was happy to verify my need without an appointment. My sense is that this was either an attempt by Creekside to force me to use them for ongoing CPAP supplies or to charge me for another useless consultation with their doctor. Unless I have somehow been miraculously cured of sleep apnea over the past 24 months, there should be no issue confirming my need for continuing CPAP supplies. In any event, I will never be a patient at Creekside again. Patient beware!

The people are so nice and accommodating. The whole office including the sleep clinic is beautifully updated. The bedrooms are warm and decorated like an upscale hotel. The beds are very comfortable!! I always do bring my own pillow, but I really didnt need to here, everything is comfy like home. I went to a different sleep clinic (after I moved), and the bed was a sleep number so I thought it would be okay. WRONG! I barely even slept that night. I was wishing I was back at Creekside Sleep for my latest sleep study.

My doctor referred me here, but they dont answer the phone. Yesterday it went to voicemail so I cant even schedule an appointment. Today whenever I call, it rings twice and then hangs up without ever answering. Answer the phone if you want to help people.
