So disgusted. Ive been calling every day since Thursday to have my birth control refilled (Im being very candid in hopes that this helps someone in my situation). This became an issue because Multicare never informed me that my regular doctor no longer practiced. This was a surprise, as I have been seeing her for almost 10 years. Pretty simple - go for a checkup once a year to get my 1 prescription filled for the following year. So, now knowing that Dr. Harkins no longer practiced at Multicare, I was told I needed to make an appointment with a new provider and "your prescription will be filled". Well, that was on Thursday - it is now Wednesday and I have missed 2 pills because the doctor on site, Dr.Greely, has ignored my prescription refill request, my pharmacys refill request and every note that the nurses have passed on to him for 5 days (taking into account the weekend). Dr.Greely has completely ignored my reproductive health and well-being as a patient for nearly a week now. I have been told by 4 different nurses that they have "NO idea" why he would not have responded to this request. It is an oral contraceptive - which I have been taking for 6 years. I already have an appointment set up to see a new provider. That is all I was told to do, and my prescription would, without fail, be filled. Alas, here I am, an anxious wreck, just hoping that I will be treated like a human and not a damn number on some notepad. Ive made 9 calls in the last 5 days to get this prescription filled, I need a response - or at least an answer as to why it has not been filled. No one can help me. I hope Mr. Greely reads this, but then again, since hes ignored every attempt Ive made, my pharmacy has made, and HIS OWN nursing staff has made to get a damn birth control prescription filled, I highly doubt he will ever see this.

I returned here (my family “doctors” office) for an update after getting an upper and lower GI. My "doctor", not finding anything newsworthy in the GI results, was finish with my update, and was escorting my from the examination room. When I was passing through the doorway, on my way out, my "doctor" apparently decided to actually read part of the report. She, my "doctor" said, "oh, by the way, you have cancer. Do you have any questions?”. I said “well, yes, I have many questions”. When I called back, to get medical records (I wanted to see not only a smarter and more attentive “doctor”, but also a doctor who shows more interest in my health) I was told the reason the doctor failed me was “because they are very busy.” I expressed my disapproval, diastase, and disgust for that inexcusable excuse. I DO NOT recommend this place. They wanted my money, and were constantly trying to up-sell me services and crap. Worst of all, I had a life threatening cancer and they barely noticed. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I have been attending this facility for about 2 years now. The staff have been very nice but they always seem to have a scheduling problem. I often wait more then an hour past my original appointment time causing me to be late for work and other commitments. I really love my PCP and that is why keep going back but they could use a tune up in the scheduling department. This happens on a regular basis. AT the very least, they should allow the upfront staff to be honest with us patients about wait times instead of the general *short while* answer.

It never fails, it seems my insurance and money is paid and spent just waiting... the staff and physicians should try and honor appointment times. As an example, dont schedule me at 815a and make me sit in exam room for 45 minutes without doctor checking in. This happens ALL THE TIME. They appear over staffed at front desk, yet understaffed in the care team. I understand other medical priorities may come up, but please check in and communicate. Please choose another location for family practice, they will not make time for you.

Unprofessional, and not time efficient I understand that clinics revolve around the doctors, but if you possibly cant manage simple prescriptions throughout the day, then what can you do? Been going for years, and every time i try to get a prescription filled, theres always a significant delay in which i have to be late for work. Edit: The doctors also manage to take ANY normal day and turn it into an excuse for a holiday. The 3rd of July IS NOT a holiday.

Ive received good care but the facility itself is nasty. Its old and dreary inside, the bathrooms are awful. This clinic seriously needs to remodel or move. Its truly terrible. But i like the doctors and the staff and my nurse practitioner. I just hate the atmosphere. I wish it were a nicer facility.
