Very positive experience. Dr. Liu was caring and compassionate and took the time to explain all of my issues thoroughly and it was obvious he genuinely cared about me as a patient. He was also very knowledgeable about all the issues I brought up. Staff was also incredibly friendly. Minimal wait time for my appointment. Highly recommend.

Ive used Swedish care facilities in the past, happened to fall ill and noticed this primary care facility only a couple blocks from home, I go in and Im promptly informed, "were not accepting new patients unless weve seen you before". Oxymoron much?
