I just had the absolute best experience in a medical facility ever. I showed up for a ct scan and it turns out I was at the wrong place. The reception person, Marsha Robb. got on the phone, called Swedish to see if maybe that is where my appointment was. Of course they could not see me because i was going to be 10 minutes late due to the mix up. She then called my doctors office and got my orders changed to Virginia Mason, got me setup in Virginia Masons system and an appointment set at the federal way location for 2:30 the same day. She went way beyond the call of duty. I am in the collision repair business and customer service is so important to success employees like Marsha are such a great asset to any business. She is to be commended.

Scheduling an appointment is easy. Wait times are always reasonable, generally only 5-10 minutes. Doctors are knowledgeable, caring and have been there a long time which is nice to have consistent care. There are some lesser used services (MRI) that are only available a few days a week with alternate location in either Bellevue or Seattle. Facility is easy to get too with ample parking.

This place is old school when it comes to hospitality, the doctor will actually remember you (not just your case history from file). I have had good experience with their scheduling and staff. Dr. Kirshner has a good sense of humor. You never feel rushed here.

Be Careful, there is a doctor named Mei Lu. Remember her name and never ever choose her. She is the most terrible doctor I have ever seen!
