It is so frustrating when someone by the front desk show you that mean face. I think her name is than/ Pham or something like that. The meanest little pregnant women. It was my first time at PMC. I chose to go there because I live close by. I am regrating that I spend time To change my PCP. I even wasnt able to see the doc because she said she is unable to find my insurance elegbility in the system. I called my employer right there and verify all the info needed. But she refused to call again and verify with my employers. She was careless and seems like she hate her job. I am a nurse. I know how pt should be treated . I will never go back there just because of her.

While I understand that there will be variances in pricing, this place charges outrageous amounts to the insurance companies, and in turn to their patients. I saw an ENT specialist in Olympia and paid less than $200 - here it cost me nearly $1000. The doctor I saw was great and I appreciated him but I do not recommend Pacific Medical because of their billing practices. I have been in healthcare for a long time and I am well aware of little charges here and there, but I am appalled at how deceiving their billing practices are. This is how Pacific Medical Center bills - I would stay away from their facilities.

Good parking, excellent doctors and specialist in a very nice building but poor receptionists. This does not take anything away from professionalism, but they could smile and greet better. We are coming there as patients for a serious reason and such behavior is not conducive to the art of healing in my own opinion and experience. I normally see my primary care physician Dr. Matthew Bressie at the Northgate Clinic. Hes a keeper for sure! However, I now live in Renton a stones throw from the clinic in which I used to patronize back in the 90s for the same reason that I am at Northgate now.

Dr. Chen told me "I cant just waive a want a wand and fix it" and then tried literally nothing. On way out was told they would call me with a referral appointment time but they screwed up and I had to call and make the appointments myself. Two month wait time for specialist.

Its very convenient. They can get you in right away if needed. If you need lab work, the lab is right there for Pac Med patients only, so no long waits. If you work during the week, they have Saturday hours and its easy to get in on that day. Lots of parking available.

Checkin and waiting usually prompt and fast. Not sure the waiting areas and such are "up to date" or modern feelings but for a local and efficient doctors office this place works. Parking also free and easily accessible.

Dr. Connie Chung at the Pacific Medical Center in Renton tried to rush me through my appointment even though she was late for my appointment and did not give good advice.

Great doctors but beware the prices they charge. For a regular appointment our insurance was billed around $600. Even with insurance, we paid quite a lot.
