I have gone to this doctors office for as long as I can remember. The doctors here are amazing...the front desk ladies on the other hand are awful! They are flat out rude and treat you like your stupid. I have never been so discouraged. Every time I call them to ask a question they just flat out treat me like Im an idiot. They must not realize that the reason I called them in the first place is to get some help or a question answered! I have asked around and I have found out that these ladies that sit at those front desks have a TERRIBLE reputation! Just to put this in perspective...they are so rude when I call or go in that I almost want to switch clinics. I figured the first time that I called the lady was just having a bad day or something, but after about my 10+ call and each time being treated so rude! This is an issue that needs to be handled.

A Private User

I needed a copy of immunizations for my 5 year old to start kindergarten. His primary physician at the clinic was out of town. The triage nurse returned my call and reminded me that she had sent me a copy of this record last fall and I should have made all copies I needed and saved one for myself. (my mistake for not doing this). Reluctantly she agrees to send a new copy. When we opened the sealed envelope with our name on the front, it was someone elses records. So I call her...no apology on her part, no explanation as to where my sons records were, just asked for a spelling on the page we got. And she didnt even ask us to return this other persons records. What about the privacy laws? We love the childrens doctor at the clinic, otherwise we would move to another medical facility for our care.

Wrong injection to my 2 month old son and he was stop breathing many seconds and i wad trying with cpr and he has a breathing again please take care of your kids from this unprofessional unadulterated doctors.nurses.ext (1) We was go there for my son has appointment with pediatrician lee and there Ms Jessica was trying to confirm what we have religious faith what is my Family from and what is our religion she was trying to make sure we are Muslim or Christian ! We have request to chi franchise system and staff please dont heart people personal and religious feelings Thanks Need beautiful and peaceful world we are all human first need love and respect every religion and races

My PCP, who is also my Sleep Medicine Specialist, Dr. Clerc is amazing. As is his Medical Assistant Rene. They are always prompt in returning phone calls, responding to emails and refilling prescriptions. I live in Auburn, so it is a bit of a drive to the clinic. But when you find an excellent provider it is well worth the effort. In regards to another reviews comments on the front desk staff...They have be polite and friendly in person and on the phone. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than it should be, but they are quite busy so its to be expected I guess.

I have used this clinic for more than 30 years. I am very impressed with all the improvements. The staff is great. Love my doctor. Wait time the last few visits has been minimal. Last visit wait time was less than five minutes.

Has anyone else experienced 10+ days trying to get their prescription re-filled?
