Ive been here a number of times and the Dr never diagnosed me correctly. The way they work things out is a complete waste of time. I was given a referral for surgery and referred somewhere that doesnt accept my insurance. When I found one that did I had to call my primary care provider to have them send a referral to the place I found. The Dr at this place is making it impossible saying its an open L&I claim when it isnt the same injury as the claim I already closed. I need this fixed now and its not gonna happen. The Dr absolutely doesnt care about his patients. I should him where the pain was and he applied severe pressure.making it worse. Im over it and all the staff .

Dr morris treated me on an lni injury stated i my have piriformis syndrome and need pt on the same day agreed with lni i and released back to work with no ppd. However i did have piriformis syndrome, sciatic never pain right leg, hamstring strain at bone connection right leg ,lumbar strain, and my spine is straight.if i could sue for my practice i would . I went twp month with less than 1 hr sleep , it took 10 shots and two nerve meds to get me back to half way normal. My grade F-
