On average I have to call 6 or 7 times (Im not exaggerating) before I can get an appointment. I have never had a voicemail returned. Now I cant get through at all. I am put on hold for 20 minutes then voice mail kicks in and asks me to leave a message. Like a fool I actually leave a message every time thinking that this will be the time they return my call! Ive tried for a week or two to make an appointment. Im finally going to bite the bullet and change providers.

Im visiting Santa Cruz from the land down under, and got a gnarly toothache. I had a walk in appointment and got the nicest nurse and doctor. The reception staff were pretty nice as well. Not long after I filled out my form, I was seen to by a doctor, then I was on my way with a prescription. Thank you, guys. You helped me out big time.
