I’m writing this review from a horrible experience from a month ago. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Worst experience Ive ever had. I drove thirty-two miles for a physical therapy appointment that was apparently cancelled but I never once received a phone call from my cell phone. Someone from US Healthworks called saying nothing then hung up in the voicemail from my house phone. I talked to the manager and she declared they did contact me. Heres the funny response the manager, Ms. Yvette said, “The person responsible for it has worked here for 14 years and I’ve never had a complaint like this before” This response is very hard to believe because of all the negative reviews Im reading. Judging by these negative reviews, it seems like the employees had messed up many times and are very rude. Not only did I waste gas, but I felt like the staff were playing games with me. That’s not all. The unqualified doctors here will criticize and think you’re lying. I would not recommend anyone coming to this urgent care. It’s obvious this company receives so many complaints that theyre at the point that they dont care. They have no consideration and no compassion for their patients at all. They play games. We made a complaint and the funny part is in the beginning of the new week, now I start getting phone calls from my cell phone for once! The receptionist did not say her name but her tone was unprofessional and I could tell she was annoyed. These are the kind of people they hire? Very shameful.

Terrible customer service by the receptionists. Some of the ladies at the front desk are unprofessional in their behavior (checking cell phones, gossiping about clients) and are just flat out rude. Wait time was to be expected, but the receptionists were nowhere near accurate in estimating wait times. I was told 40 minutes over the phone. I got to the clinic within 15 minutes and the waiting room only had 4 people other than myself. I waited over an hour and a half before I was seen, just for a literal 5-minute procedure.

I would not recommend this urgent care--would give 0 stars if I could. Long waits, Asian NP was condescending and misdiagnosed my son, and no return phone calls when told to call back if condition worsened. Also, there were no flu tests available--what urgent care does not stock a flu test in the middle of the flu season?

They do not answer phone nor return calls. Even left the manager a message. Apparently someone recently quit there that worked on the Specialist side with scheduling Not my problem. Tried to schedule a visit to Ortho for almost 2 weeks. Going to try another one.

They NEVER pick up their phones. Ive been trying to contact this office for the past 3 days. I tried every single department and no one answers. I dont understand how this clinic is open from 7am - 5pm and yet they have NO ONE to answer their phones. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give em 0 stars, except for the good PT folks there. Have waited multiple times for 3 hours, 2 hours, and many times over an hour to be seen by the doctors. HORRIBLE. Avoid like the plague if you can.

There are NO doctors here. Only the unqualified people will see you. They will have same questions asked repeatedly, from the beginning. If you question them, they will remove you off their system to avoid you.

0 stars. Waited for 45 minutes before being told my paperwork had been lost. Then waited another 45 minutes and watched 4 people, who came in after me, get seen before me. I then left.

There is nothing "urgent" about this urgent care. It took an hour an a half for a simple diagnosis and they wont call prescriptions in to the pharmacy.

Scheduled an appointment within two hours of when I called and was prompt when I arrived. (Hint, dont use the parking lot side door, go in the front.)
