The below review is semi correct, hes expensive and a cool dude. Until you run out of money. After going to a rehabilitation center for pain pill addiction he put me on a medication called suboxone. It worked, or so I thought, so I continued to see him for 3 years after that, shelling $150 out of my pocket ever month for my meds. I lost my job and had an appt to get my meds. I asked his secretary (very unpleasant gal) if I could pay him 3 days after the appointment, she said "its not my job to bargain with you". Consequently, I went into massive opiate withdrawl (SUBOXONE IS AN OPIATE, YOU GET JUST AS SICK STOPPING THIS MED AS IF YOU WERE ON HEROINE!!) and ended up in medical detox. Im good now, but no thanks to this doc!!!

My daughter entered into Elevate Addiction Services and I was told this was a medical detox. Yes and No. On her second day when she was in a lot of pain and sick, they transported her to Dr. Steins office, 30 minutes away. Shes only "seen" him once and he never contacted her regular or pain medicine doctors. A nurse visits the facility twice a week. Shes been there over a month now. Beginning to wonder if this is just a cash cow for him.

Hes a decent Dr. but expensive. 400 bones the first visit then 150 for each followup visit. He is conservative on the meds and is probably by design, that way you have to come back more often. Do you hear a register ping ? Regardless hes a cool dude.
