I recommend Dr. Gerstmar highly. He has been helping me regain my health after I developed severe allergies, chemical sensitivity and chronic fatigue 6 years ago. When I started seeing him 2 years ago, my health was still very fragile and I was dependent on cortisol for my energy. In the last year I’ve been able to reduce my dose by half, my allergies are less severe, and my energy is more stable. We are in the process of weaning me off the cortisol altogether – exciting considering I was unable to reduce the dosage significantly in the previous 5 years. Where other doctors had lost interest or said they couldn’t help me, Dr. Gerstmar has a wealth of knowledge and treatment options, and is committed to working with me to recover my health. Dr. Gerstmar is dedicated to helping you identify and resolve your health issues. If you are committed to having good health, I can’t imagine a better doctor than Dr. Gerstmar.

Dr. Tim Gerstmar of Aspire Natural Health is hands down THE best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with (since summer 2012). Tim is very personable, easy to talk to, and he really wants to hear your story...about who you are...not just what ailments you have. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Tim is fun to work with and makes getting healthy more enjoyable; we actually laugh alot when I see him! :) Dr. Gerstmar prefers a natural route to cleaning up health issues but does understand the necessity of prescription medications and will go that route when needed. Tired of Doctors who dont listen to you, then you need to see Dr. Tim Gerstmar! I first brought my son to see Dr. G because his MD was not able to figure out what was wrong. Dr. G got us answers and solutions! My son is well on his way to being healthy thanks to Dr. G. I was so impressed that I began seeing Dr. Gerstmar for my Thyroid issues. I was seeing a physician who was only concerned about what my test results were, not how I felt. Thanks to Dr. G, I too am feeling better! Dr. Gerstmar goes above and beyond! I recommend him with 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Tim Gerstmar is the most attentive, thorough doctor I have ever met. I am currently healing my thyroid with him and I feel better than I have in months using methods that work in harmony with the body. How refreshing to work with a doctor who takes the time to address the actual CAUSE of your illness rather than just masking symptoms with convenient (but toxic) pharmaceuticals. He is also fantastic with kids. I give Dr. Gerstmar 5 + Stars!
