Never Again! Almost never can get anyone on the phone. and they almost always never answer Voice Mail. They answered one voice mail 4 weeks after the fact, then again about 3 weeks after that. Because they do not answer their phones, and are slow to respond to voice mails my pharmacy could not verify their fax and was unable to submit a request for a refill on a script. Their billing is inconsistent. At the end of my treatment they over charged me. On top of that, my last billing included "Miscellaneous Supplies and Materials" for the amount of $200!! No supplies were used on me! Not even an ice pack! certainly nothing to the tune of $200! I never got to see the doctor after the first visit. My appointments (3 in total) all started about 30 minutes late. I would have expected to see the Doctor after my last scheduled treatment to go over my progress and discuss a future course of action. but that was not the case. I was asked to schedule yet another appointment which should have been unnecessary as my treatment only took 15 minutes.

If any of us in the family ever have foot problems again we know where to go! My son had an ingrown toenail that had developed after a previous foot injury that had resulted in him loosing his toenail. As the nail grew back it had become infected and thus very painful. We saw Dr. Young who was friendly, thoughtful, and efficient. He explained the process and procedure he thought would be most optimal for my 16 year old that plays year round soccer. Being off the pitch for a week was not an option. The procedure was quick and further home care instructions were thorough and well documented for us. Dr. Young talked my son through the process so he knew what was happening through out. The support staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The toe has healed well and my son only missed one night of practice. Thank you Dr. Young!

He explained my foot condition in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. His staff from the front office to the nurses, medical assistant etc.made me feel welcome and comfortable.
