I tried going with Dr. Trieu Le but getting an appointment with her was the worst experience I ever had: - Took me ~30 minutes and three calls to get a person in the right office (phone system and people not redirecting call correctly). - The person that answered wasnt useful. When I said I wanted an appointment the answer was "Ok". I had to ask the available days and times and if I needed to be earlier. - Turns out you had to be 30 minutes before the appointment to fill in paperwork. 30 minutes!!! That was a first. I usually get asked for 15 minutes max. - I postponed the appointment from 9:30 to 10:30. Again, all this I had to ask so the person because he would not say any of this on his own. - The day before I got a voicemail in the evening about having to be no later than 9. I made the mistake of relying on google voice transcribing feature and got the wrong name, so I didnt pay attention. - The day of the appointment I called to double check the appointment. It was never postponed. We had to rush to get there. - We got there very late (5 minutes before the time). When the nurse asked the head assistant, she answered: "Well, they can fill the paperwork but there is no way they are coming in." - I tried to explain, but she became very focused on having left a voicemail and scolded us for not paying attention. At this point we just walked away. I never saw Dr Trieu Le. I felt the nurses were incredibly rude. To make a comparison, I called another clinic. In 20 minutes I had an appointment and instructions on how to print paperwork from the website which took me about 3 minutes.

Dr. Le is one of the most personable doctors I have ever seen (aside from my absolute favorite Dr. Paauw). She is helpful, understanding and caring. I have seen other doctors at this site and Dr. Le is so far the best! I have referred 4 people to her and have heard nothing but great things from them as well :).
