Sure, its a local office. But you would think their ability to stay accountable for bills paid, critical paperwork, or customer communication would be top notch. Nope. Reconsider working with this office before you end up having to do more work than they do. They dont do their job in a timely, appropriate, and in a genuine matter. Their phone calls are incredibly impolite as well.

Great office! Great staff! Quick to get an appointment and glasses are ready within days. I have been going here for a while now and its the best I have ever been with.
