CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL! Never in all my years have I ever had such an awful experience with a physician. I went in to the facility late in the evening to get a prescription for some antibiotics before I had to fly across the country, and I was very specific about the form of medicine I wanted (liquid). Dr. Singh went through his normal procedures and wrote the prescription and I was on my way. Upon reaching the pharmacy, I again verified that the prescription was a liquid not a pill and they said yes. When it was ready, they handed me two bottles. One a cough syrup and the other a bottle of horse pills. Now of course as luck would have it, the doctors office was closed and I would have to wait until the following morning to pick up the new prescription, thus losing another day of relief before my flight. So the following day I call the Doctors Express facility back, and after going back and forth with it for about 5 mins with the receptionist, she finally put Dr. Singh on the phone. At this point I am highly irritated, and get this...Dr. Singh LAUGHS at me when I tell him why I need my medication in liquid form, and uses a condescending tone when telling me that "adults take pills". Lucky for him I was at work and could not express exactly what I was thinking! Ive worked in the hospitality industry for quite a long time and I have NEVER felt so disrespected by someone who I should be able to trust to LISTEN to my needs as a patient. This experience further solidified why I believe the medical industry is on a decline and simply out to shove drugs down your throat without any true concern or care for the patient. EPIC FAIL!!!!

Horrible Customer service lady working on the phones on 8/18/15 around 7 :50PM I talked to her nicely and explained that my aunt was in there for sprained ankle and she is a stroke patient that will be traveling and needs a letter from you guys that she was seen there and she cannot keep her leg bent for long periods of time. To my suprise the lady was very rude and said that the doctor that saw her is no longer working there and needs to come in again and pay the $120 visit fee to be seen again and then they will write the letter. I explained nicely that this is not our fault and we just need the letter from them she was extremely rude again and said you have to pay again and "do you understand this". I proceeded to ask her for her name so I can speak to someone else about this matter and she simply hanged the phone on me. Unbelievably horrible customer service. She then closed the lines because it was 8PM and I could not call back again. Absolutely horrible!

This was one of the best visits to a medical provider I have experience in quite a long time. This includes many visits to Kaiser. I was seen promptly by a very friendly, kind, professional personnel. The doctor saw me within a reasonable time period (especially as I was a walk-in). Dr. Singh listened to me carefully and considered what I told him. His medical assistant fitted me with hand braces making sure they fit properly and making sure the excess materials was trimmed. She went further than my M.D. at Kaiser or any other Kaiser medical assistant ever did for me. I felt absolutely embraced and comforted by the treatment provided to me at Doctors Express Urgent Care Fremont at Stevenson Station and with our proposed plan for treatment. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks for the opportunity to express my observations.

I dont have medical insurance, and this place was perfect. I broke my collarbone and after taking x-rays to confirm that, the Dr. explained how I should go about dealing with the injury. He prescribed me pain meds, which werent strong enough, and one phone call got me a new prescription. (Well, I had to physically pick it up from them, but big deal.) They have what is essentially a menu of services they offer with the prices listed right on it. Phenomenal! If Id gone to the ER Id probably still be paying for it, but as it is I was in and out in under $200 with no weird follow-up bills for things you didnt even know happened, like with hospital and insurance bills. Also, I was in and out of there in about an hour, which was awesome.

My 89 year old Grandfather lives in California and I was informed he wasnt feeling well. His personal Physician was out of town and couldnt see him until 2 days later, his Doctor stated that when he saw him he would have to get some Lab Work done. I sent my Grandfather to Doctors Express where they uncovered an issue with Kidney Function through their Lab Work up and has an appointment with his Urologist the next day. If we would have waited, it could have been over a week. Thank You for the comprehensive care and being there when we needed you. Fast, Courteous Service, wonderful staff.

My husband was running a fever of 103.8 and miserable and GRUMPY, yet the two assistants at the front desk were very professional and very personable which made him feel very comfortable..... Im just sorry i did not get their names to give them much needed recognition. Dr.Torres was also amazing and had a wonderful "bed side manner". I absolutely recommend this clinic for any non-urgent medical needs you may have.....again thank you to all of you today for addressing my husbands needs/illness and being companionate.

I love this doctors office, especially Dr. Singh. Ive been there twice in the past few months. They provide prompt service, great reception staff. The office and exam rooms are super-clean and organized; very professional. After both visits, they even called me a few days later to make sure my condition had improved. I havent experienced (or even heard) about such a high level of care since I was a kid - and that was a long time ago!

Fast service was a big plus. Anytime my wife or I go to Washington Hospital, the wait is horrendous. Id give this place four stars based on the speed at which we saw a doctor. Dr. Joe Torres was our doctor who was very patient, personable, and helpful. Because of him, Ill happily rate this place a five star establishment. Although theres a Starbucks next door, coffee in the waiting room is my only suggestion for this place.

Doctor Parmjit Sinjh was very Rude to me. He was raising his voice at me when all I asked for was my sons medical records. The first thing he said when he came into the exam room was "So what are you trying to prove?" He spoke his own opinion on someone elses situation. Then brought up the subject about religion to me and telling me that I need to do research on on how having sex with someone makes you married to them.

I have gone to this facility about 5 or 6 times this past year. I have had nothing but good experiences. The office staff handle their jobs well and the doctors are all extremely knowledgeable and well trained. If you need a place to go when you cant get into your own primary care physician or as an alternative to using the emergency room, please check them out. I dont think youll be disappointed.
