This clinic and Doctor are there to screw their patients. How can somebody make same mistake twice to two patients in 2 years in the same family. Me and my wife had the same experience, where it feels like the doctor just wants your insurance money and vsp money, no INTENTION to provide care. After going through about 5 to 6 trials, the doctor could not even prescribe any thing near to what was comfortable. I know it is no rocket science, and i really would prefer a walmart optometrist who I believe are willing to help u much more than you can get at this place. First they screwed up my prescription and then if you go and complaint, the doctor did push me to continue the wrong prescription... Saying that you will get used to them. I compared the prescription to my older lenses, the astigmatism part/ axis and the spherical numbers were way off. This really is a very unprofessional clinic, with immoral values and unethical behavior to their customers.

I just had cataract surgery with multifocal lenses implanted in both eyes on June 29, 2016 and July 20, 2016. Prior to the surgery my right eye was 20/400 and left eye 20/25. Now l am enjoying 20/20 in both with no discomfort or side effects. I cant say enough about NeoVision Eye Center (Mountain View). After having interviewed a number of ophthalmologists I knew from the very first time I entered the Mountain View office that NeoVision Eye Center and Dr. Tandon would be performing my cataract surgery. Her office staff from the receptionist to her vision assistants are both friendly and very professional. Training does make a huge difference and Dr. Tandon is a highly trained ophthalmologist and is simply among the best! Armed with the best education, training and the latest technology and equipment, Dr. Tandon will do her very best for you as she has done for me. I am simply "over the moon" with the results!

Tried to call in and get some info before the appointment, the person who picked up the phone put me on hold for more than 10 mins (later in the office I found out that she just put people on hold and does her own stuffs on the computer, not really talking to anyone else), then told me they dont give any info via telephone and I need to come in. My appointment was at 2, but no one called my name until almost 3. Terrible experience.

Ive been seeing Dr. Tandon for over five years now and she is, by far, the best ophthalmologist Ive had. She is the ultimate professional who always goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the procedures and feel comfortable. Her knowledge and expertise in all stuff eye-related is very evident. Ive been to many doctors who make you feel like youre on an assembly line. Fortunately, I dont have to see them.

I got wavefront LASIK from Dr Tandon 5 years ago in 2010. I had worn glasses or contacts since the 4th grade. It was great to never have to deal with them again. I see better now than I ever did with glasses or contacts and still have no need for reading glasses. I was reluctant to do the procedure, but the Dr allayed my concerns and it worked out great.

I have been to Dr. Shobha Tandon 3- 4 times now for my regular vision check up. Gettting appointment was quick, some times there is a wait but during year-end it is the same with all doctors.. the staff are very co-operative and was a easy and comfortable experience every time I visit here.
