I am waiting for an ultrasound. I just watched two people who arrived after me get served. I have appointment at 4:00. It is 4:19. What a waste of my health. What is the point of an appointment, if personal are incompetent. I asked the lady at the front desk, who was not present when I came into the lobby, if she could help me, as I was watching people who came in after me get helped. She replied that they were very busy and thats all she could tell me. I didnt see the point of her position at all. Why was she there if not to assist in the managing of patients? Asking her for help only made me more frustrated. 4:30 and I am still waiting. Twice someone has looked into the lobby, looked at me and then disappeared. It appears that I have slipped through the cracks, which is odd, because my Dr. made this appointment for me, and the check in secretary took my money, but now that it is time for service it has checked out. I usually look at the folks at Kaiser as PEOPLE doing the best that they can, but right now I feel a bit jaded.

Im very sorry I changed my medical to kaiser its a beautiful place but the services is bad. THE doctor is not a very good doctor. Dr Liu medical Dr. My first visit was bad I had a hard time finding him. My second visit was worst. The nurses was at the counter yelling at each. My medical records was sent to him. I have asthma all my life. I went to his office and full out a form to have him to approve a medicine. I need it for my asthma two weeks ago and today I have no medicine for my machine. I need albuterol for my nebulizer.because I am a law clerk with stress so I am going to discuss this with one of the lawyers in my firm that I work for. He has all my records that my other doctor transfer to him. Today I have not heard anything from him. I spoke with my other. Doctor who said that this is not right.

Im only giving this one star so I can write a review. Evelyn is a nurse on the 4th floor West and Im not sure she should be a nurse. From her condescending tone, to her questions about patients ethnicity, not knowing how to inject a needle properly for a simple IV, questioning 4 times about patient outcare, NOT letting an elderly woman use the hospital phone because the call was the next area code over, 415, to call her immediate family because her cell phone was dead, the list goes on. I question her and Kaisers business ethics and moral judgment in the CARE for a patient. You obviously didnt go through all the trouble of becoming a RN so you could help and heal people. Kaiser really should investigate her knowledge of the job and ethical practices.

I went to the ER with a broken arm. I had severe abrasions on my arm from the fall which the nurses failed to sanitize before putting on a splint. They failed to tell me that they wrote me a prescription for pain medication until I called back days later. They also failed to have me sign the release of information forms or provide me the CD with my x rays. Now I want to go to a different hospital to have my cast put on. I have spent over 2 hours trying to talk with someone who can fax my x-rays. The service here is absolutely awful. Had I known this would be my experience Id have gladly driven another 20 miles with a broken arm to a different emergency room.

Twice now Ive seen staff at pharmacy 1 act as if they were on a school playground instead being a professional in they way they have treated patients .. the first time I was involved directly and although I went to member services I was never called and told my complaint was resolved .. the second time the woman behind the counter was downright rude to a patient who was clearly hard of hearing and why she felt the need to scream everything at him is beyond me and she was just so rude I felt so bad for the patient that I told the supervisor what happened and again nothing .. to be honest management seems very afraid of the employees ... shame.

Vallejo Kaiser is a beautiful brand-new facility and the care is excellent. I have been to Orthopedics many times to accompany a friend and he has received nothing but superb, empathetic care. He was originally admitted to the hospital overnight and that care was also excellent. I understand that someone reviewing here may have had a long wait at the pharmacy but its important to realize there may have been emergencies or other issues, and that you are not the only customer needing help. The pharmacy is usually very speedy.

This is thee worst hospital Ive ever been in my entire life! Ive waited at this hospital for over 7+ hours with everyone else going in after me going before me. I sat with a lady who came in two hours after me and she still got in before me. Short staff not enough beds but it doesnt take a line four people seven hours for me to be seen.

Kaiser pushed to have the appendectomy surgery in Walnut Creek instead of Vallejo but forgot to secure the transport to the other hospital. So instead of getting the emergency surgery when it was still manageable by the time we got to Walnut Creek the appendix had ruptured. Negligent

I have had excellent experiences in this specific Kaiser, for care in ER (punction head injury), vaccines, Industrial Medicine for abdominal hernia, and now injury to my left knee (requiring full surgery and I already see the date of this)

The phone menu is horrible, designed to throw you out of the loop. Impossible to reach any real person there. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes, the robo-voice said the line was busy, good-bye! Hire some service reps!
