the customer service professionals were good. It was the doctors that I wasnt too impressed with. Since patients can request an attendant to accompany a male doctor, then thats exactly what I requested. So, the doctor immediately walks out the door. 5 minutes later a woman doctor walks in, thats fine too. However, she started off really rough around the edges with her questions. Each time, I would explain, I need my paperwork, because I cant remember everything, she rudely interrupted me; in fact several times; and went on to say, you dont remember how you were injured? And, when I tried to explain pain in my shoulder, she said "pain"? How were you able to wave your arm if youre in pain? I looked at her, and stated, that doesnt mean I dont feel pain just because Im expressing myself?? So, I was suspicious that shes not believing me, or she was trying to get the appt over with. I finally let her know I can just walk out if you dont want to help me and youre insisting on being rude.....then she stepped back a little, and said, dont be mad at me. Were your advocates. I just sneered at her. I was glad after leaving the office, after she appeared to have done an "exam", just the basic "ear, nose, eye check....and a little bit of what it appeared she was checking my wrist , and shoulder." finally, she had an attendant check me out, without any future check ups. I wouldnt want to go back there, and frankly felt like tossing the injury report before I walked out; but I just kept my composure. 0 rating for me. I couldnt leave the rating board blank, so I marked 2 stars, even though I want 0. anonymous

I have not been to a doctor in several years do to self employment. I recently resolved to stop drinking heavy quantities on my own. Without the suggestive prod of the state or concerned advisement of friends. I have just grown sick of the symptoms of physical addiction. So i ordered antibuse from Canada. Read all about it and put myself on it as suggested by the Canadian pharmacy. Since then I have had the hardest time getting to sleep. I dont like drinking coff syrup or Tylenol pm to get to sleep, because they seem heavy and leave me groggy in the morning. and was hopping If I talked to a doctor I might be able to start taking Ambian again as I had done in my late teens. I explained this to the doctor who had pulled me from the waiting room personally a few minutes before. He Told me I didnt need sleeping pills, I needed to go to AA. And he explained was not the kind of doctor who prescribes sleeping pills to people with a history alcohol abuse. I asked for my money back, and surprisingly he it to me without hesitation. hence the three stars, hes a good sport. He refunded 85$. I would go to AA, but unfortunately I have no idea how coffee, cigarettes and Christianity are going to help me sleep. They should call it the CCC. This clinic is a prime example of a classist health care system. My advise pay real money for a doctor who really has time for you.

The only reason this is a 2-star and not a 1-star is because they have an amazing physical therapy office with a great staff but that is over-shadowed by the lack of empathy and knowledge of the doctors downstairs. I was sent here for work injury from May and had an appt for 9am but didnt leave until after 1pm for my first intake there. After that, my follow-ups wait time was about 15 minutes, the appt lasted about 5 minutes with the doctor and then you out. The doctors try to get you in and out but that means they ask you few questions about your injury and whats bothering you. She grabbed my wrist, moved it and said Im fine. Even though my thumb still pops out of its joint. Whats most concerning is the doctor released me to return to work for normal duties but the physical therapist said I should be on modified duty still. I get the doctors are busy but people can worsen their injuries if their not actively examining the injury. I would not recommend this doctors office.

This is by far the worst medical office I have ever visited. They are very unprofessional, uneducated, and rude. I was at the office as soon as they opened at 8am, and I did not get seen by anyone until 10:30, and it took a hour to get a simple physical. It seems everyone picks and chooses who they will see when they want to. There is no protocol or no procedure to this madness. I tried to contact the doctors, but they seemed confused themselves. One in particular was looking for someone who the other staff had no idea to whom she was referring to. The whole place is total chaos, I will NOT recommend this place to anybody.

DONT GO HERE. This place is a total waste of time. Totally lacking compassion and understanding. They are rude and self indulgent. You will wait forever to be treated like a child. When I need medical care and am paying extra for medical care, I am interested in being treated like a human being, not an inconvenience. Having grown up in a medical family, I know the difference between those who work in this industry because of their desire to help other and those who are in it for themselves. This place embodies the latter. I will not go back here if my life were on the line.

Visited this place to check a head injury on 5/3/2016. Friendly, attentive and responsive staff. They are super busy, you could easily see that, but they rarely expressed this on the patients. Jim, who took my x-ray, was very friendly and humorous. Luckily, it was just a contusion on the scalp, so I just had to get an x-ray done and a tetanus injection. Only frustrating thing was that I had to wait a lot of time to get things done, mainly because they had to register my company (it was workers comp so my company was paying it) and other reasons.

Went to Concentra to have a hand x-ray for a possible broken finger. Was told 2 hours from walk-in time to walk-out time and that was accurate. After 1 hour in the waiting room I was called in and from there the staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They explained my medical problem to me and made sure I had my x-ray in hand as I left the clinic. Experience would have been excellent if: -less time in waiting room -fewer repetitive forms to fill out-- I completed 3 forms with name and address

I went in for a drug test for pre-employment. The center and the people were ok, but the experience after was terrible. My employer never received the results, despite me double-checking with the staff that the employer would receive my drug tests ok. When my employer never got the results, I called the center twice during hours and got no response from the phone or a call back. Either my tests were lost or they never sent them and now my employment is at risk. Avoid this place if you can.

Terrible. Got there early to fill out paperwork as requested for my 8AM appt. and they werent even open. Got in and waited for 30 minutes when they called my name and said my Dr (Aachi) was out sick. Fine, he didnt know he was sick the day before? And the best they could do was to reschedule me a month later. Id already waited a month for this appt. So Im guessing I get charged for a no show. What about when the Dr is a no show. They really could have handled this better.
