First off let me state that I just moved to the area and I appreciate the help. The doctor that took care of me diagnosed something that has been bothering me for about five years that a doctor at a Johns Hopkins in Maryland told me was just a stressed muscle. I didnt get it reevaluated afterwards till now because it wasnt so intense and I thought maybe I was being dramatic and hallucinating. It was most definitely not a strained muscle. Onward from that though. Dear Lord help the woman at the hospital that lost my I.D., put in my phone number wrong, spelled my name "Kalley", accused me of loosing my I.D. when another co-worker found it on the scanner behind her desk, got my appointment canceled (which I found out when I appeared a month later for the appointment), and couldnt call to give me a notice because she screwed up the number all because she was trying to rush out of the door because she wanted to goto lunch. Smh. Her co-workers were were mad last month with the the I.D., name, number, and attitude last month. The new woman at the desk this time took one look at who signed for it and was mad. Tisk* Tisk. Well, thanks lady for getting me out of work early. I thought being super nice & relatable would lead to good service. We were from the same back ground and I just smiled. Good luck with your co-workers. She cost me two extra hours at work and now I have to wait another month till my next appointment which will cost me another hour or two. Thank God the rest of the staff was way more pleasant. Other than that I would have given the staff and facility four stars maybe even four and a half.

I know its a waste of time because the Government holds no accountability for their actions words and attitude, but screw it. I got there on time, sat down and after 5 min I had to have a reality check, was I at the DMV? I got a number, yes a number and sat back down when I realized they passed my number I just got a new one, 20 min later I was told I missed my appointment and there was nothing she could do. I showed her the first ticket and she threw it away. I asked for a manager who finally helped me and she dug my ticket out of the trash, the girl asked for my id and she flipped her hand over and I had to get on my tip toes to put it in her hand. It was to much for her to reach. She was more concerned about flexing ego, then doing the right thing and no one cared. This establishment is ridiculous. I have been treated better at the DMV.

This review is for Dr. Berry. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a doctor - I actually walked out. It was a thoroughly humiliating experience. This man expects one of a handful of stereotypes, and once hes figured out which one fits you the best, thats what he works with. He hears what he expects to hear, and nothing else, so dont even bother. If you disagree with his assessment of you, he goes from cheerful and condescending to curt and condescending. Medical care is not a favour, Doctor, so dont treat your patients that way.
