I hate this clinic ole. They do nothing to help, they never help unless youre an elder which is wrong. They dont care about mental health here, I could tell them i have extreme anxiety and depression every visit and they go on with the doctor appointment like I never said I had extreme anxiety and depression. They give wrong medications and advice, causing more damage than actual good. Now go to Fairfield clinic ole and youll see a huge huge difference. The Fairfield clinic ole heard only once, once! I reported extreme anxiety and depression and they had my regular doctor appointment and a mental health doctor see me, a huge difference to Napa clinic ole that ignored my reports every visit. Napa clinic ole even combines now obgyn instead of having it at a different office like before, I now cant even trust going to this office for my obgyn.

Thought I had listeria or another type of infection as i woke up uncontrollably throwing up and what not at 3:30 am so I waited three hours and called the after hour line to speak with someone to futher my decision of going to the E.r or not. I was told i would be called back by a nurse, an hour and half later still no call. I called back and said "im going to the E.r thanks for nothing" and they didnt even ask my name or anything. Was anyone going to call me back? Filled with mexicans and mostly unclean. Kaiser here I come!

My husband and I have been patients of this facility for nearly 4 years. We have had excellent service, excellent care, excellent doctors. I have no complaints but I do wish there were more English speaking people than there are. I would love to work there but since I do not speak Spanish I cant. Otherwise, I love this facility and the care that it provides both me and my husband.

Kate Donnelly has been so great to me. Shes the best doctor Ive ever had.!! She has seen me so many times, I cant even remember all the things shes seen me for. But she has always been great.
