This branch is nestled in kind of a weird area in Oakland, but the inside is very nice. The lobby is huge, lots of seating, and the back is spacious as well. The bathrooms and all of the equipment seem new and the ladies were all very sweet and accommodating. Since I moved out to the bay I have been going to the Planned Parenthood in the El Cerrito Plaza, but they never have appointments available soon enough for me. Because of that I called around and the West Oakland location was able to see me the following day. I am very happy I found this one and I will be using this branch from now on. EDIT: Maybe I reviewed too soon. I have been waiting for quite awhile now. My one complaint would be that the wait is too long.

The people here were wonderful. I was asked about both my physical and emotional well being and I felt that I was treated better here that I have been at most doctors offices. When I arrived, the clinic was uncrowded and I did not have to wait long.
