I am so frustrated with this center..my daughter was sent to ER at the hospital for a cut...Varden didnt have a bandage for a cut or glue. She had no bleeding, no concussion - just a cut. Sound a little sketchy to anyone else? Really? At a COLLEGE? I am now faced with a 3K ER bill I cant pay.

If they didnt have a monopoly on Stanford health services, this place would never last. Incredibly slow and inefficient, always do the wrong tests or miss simple diagnoses. Some of the individual doctors and nurses are nice, but the place overall is horribly run.

The website said it would be open from 11:00am - 3:00pm today (Sunday). I have called many times between 11:00am and noon about my dislocated shoulder and they are still closed. Awful.

It is a mixed bag. Some doctors and nurse practitioners are wonderfully helpful and others are not. Find one that works for you and stick to them.
