HI hate this place. Oh dear I really hate this place thinking about it makes me sick. I would never suggest anyone go here. There are plenty of places to get fake sick notes and or phony rx. ☺that are cheaper and far better. Unfortunately I think thats the only reason anyone goes there. People go there for real Healthcare cmon.are you kidding me ? The govt Dea whoever handles these affairs should ban this chain of crummy clinics and take away all their license. I am not being bias towards the Tukwila branch all of them are just as bad as the next. btw IMO whoever gave them higher than 1 star must be somehow affiliated with these places are being paid to do it. The "Healthcare" they provide or claim a kid can do. My 12 year old son can tell me a have a flu faster than any employee here. Can explain it better too. @ the clinic half the time I cant even understand anything Im being told because the person explaining is taking esl classes and studying to be a nurse at the same time. Im all for that. But if Im paying for it you bet I would like to understand my prognosis. Thats why I would never return even if my hand got chopped off and they were the nearest clinic I wouldnt even stop Ill chug along bloody hand and all til I find a Real clinic.

I went to this clinic because it was under my insurance network and it was close to my work and I couldnt get an appointment with Swedish. I origionally went in because I had severe headaches and after some testing at US Healthworks, the doctor decided to do a flu test because of my high temp. in combo with the headaches and other symptoms. After a negative result, she told me I needed to go to the ER because she thought it might be menangitis. After having many tests done at Swedish, the doctor inquired about the flu test I had done at US Healthworks and told me that she did not even do the test correctly and that I would need to retake the test to actually confirm that. Turns out, I was positive for the flu. Now I have a $1,000 portion out of my 6,000 bill that I need to pay for, because of one doctors mistake. I tried to call US Healthworks to let them know they should tell this doctor my concern about how she wasnt doing the test correctly and the receptionist just gave me attitude about it and said shed tell her. She should be grateful that someone else isnt sueing them for their incompetancy.

I give this location a fair grade instead of good because I went in for a simple vaccine and was not able to get it due to my insurance not being verified. I went in Friday for a TB skin test which was quick and easy and the MA were informative about when I could come back for the next steps. I was happy that day. Today was a different story. I have had vaccines from US Healthworks before and called my insurance myself to verify that my vaccines were covered. The receptionist told me that the insurance companies were closed on weekends so could not be verified so if I got the shot I would have to pay 130 out of pocket. I am a receptionist in a pediatric clinic and we do not stop billing patient insurance just because its the weekend. We verify online. Luckily a Walgreens was not far away so I had my shots there. Walked in, handed my insurance card and was told I was fully covered. I will still go to USH if I cant wait for an appt but I do not like their policies on how they bill insurance. I guess Ill only go on weekdays after work then.

Super rude staff, front desk mexican staff is rude enough to not come back again, i always treated rude but it was ok bcz im really bussy person and dont have time to find another place. So im comeing here from 3-4 months for my back injury treatment and todayd i bring my kids with me bcz nobody was home and dont want to miss my appointment but,at checkin counter the maxican lady did not let me see my docter bcz i hv my kids with me. Is it really matter? It always not take more then 5 minutes with my docter. But this rude lady sent me back home without seeing my docter. They billed my thousends and then treaed me like this. From today Im not going back to this clinic again. I been alot times other clinics and hospital with my kids, and nobody never reject me to see the doctor. Even next door physical threrapy did not reject me, they let my kids go in with me without asking any question, Im going to talk with my lawyer about this and see what we can do next?

My initial experience was subpar to say the least, my co payment was nearly forgotten to be taken by one of the ladys at the front, which is understandable, but she should have been paying more attention to what was going on. My experience today has not only been frustrating, but Inconvient. I believe her name is Maria. P, who was assisting me and her attitude from start to finish was just ugly. When I spoke to her over the phone, prior to coming in she told me my insurance info was not on file, which did not make sense as I was just seen a month prior to this visit, so I walked in and first inquired about the issue at hand, wondering if my insurance was even billed to begin with as they have no record of that information.... While asking this, it was clear she was becoming irritated with my question, as if I should know why my information was not on file....

What is the point of a sign in sheet if no one looks at the sign in sheet? This is really a first for me at any medical facility. Definitely do NOT recommend US Healthworks in Tukwila. There is no urgency in this urgent care. There are too many loose ends here. No one should have to hound anyone to get proper care. Check up on your patients before they lose their damn patience! Every visit I have had so far I have been forgotten for one reason or another. They say its been a crazy day or some other bs, Ive been to others that have equally crazy days because its Urgent Care! Guess what? They dont forget their patients. If I didnt have to use this for work I wouldnt be here to get it over with. The doctors are actually decent, its just getting to them thats the torture!

Went in for a pre employment drug screen and one of the people at the front desk walked off in the middle of checking me in. After filling out a piece of paper work that I had no further instruction on what to do with, I decided to sit down because Im not going to leave sitting out a form with all of my personal info as well as ssn for everyone to see. I came back to the desk after an hour and they say theyll check me in now. I finally received back my ID and told them that I have been waiting for over an hour and she said they needed me to complete a form I never even received. I did not get an apology or any kind of acknowledgement although it was completely their neglect. Horrible place.
