I have been coming to this office for almost 16 years. I have not come in about a year and a half. I came to them for a check up about a few issues I was having and had an AWFUL experience. The lady at the front desk was completely rude to me when I arrived because I was supposed to be there earlier, but they never told me when I scheduled and did not call me the day before like they are supposed to. I was told that I needed to arrive early cause I was a new patient,,,, I have been there for 16 years, how am I a new patient? After all that was taken care of, the nurse that did my pre testing was very short and rude. I had to take a depression test and the whole time she sat in the room with me staring at me. ??? GET OUT and let me take it in peace. I had my blood test done and awaited my results. I got a email saying they were in so I called to see if I could speak to a nurse about them. I missed the call and the nurse left an extremely short and non informal message (after I told them to please be in depth and let me know what is going on). I called back to see if I could speak with her cause I had JUST missed her call. The lady at the front desk told me no one was here and made it sound like I was stupid for asking that (even though the nurse had just called me). She said that she left what she needed to in the message and she would have said if there was anything more needed to be discussed. She then read back my request for the nurse to call again in a condescending voice. I am a firm believe that the customer or patient is always right. There should not have been any problem or argument about me wanting to discuss my test results with a nurse. I have also spoke with them multiple times about my personal information and trying to correct it in their system, but EVERY TIME they get it wrong and do not listen to what I am telling them. After 16 years, I am never coming back to this place. Never have I been treated so cold and unimportant at a doctors office. I understand that a lot of those employees must hate their job, but what they do is very vital to our visit. Doctor offices are not fun to go to and a lot of people get anxiety when they go. Workers, doctors, nurses, and receptionists all need to be supportive, loving, and kind in order to help those who come in feel more welcomed. I hope you can improve on your customer service a little bit.

My husband and I have been going here for about 2 years now. We have been told by our provider, that she will always see us, same day in a pinch and that she will work with our schedules. I have been trying to get my husband in about his back, but have been unable to get an appointment so now, he has to go to the Emergency Room because it has made him unable to function. Not what I would expect from a large corporation like Multicare who supposedly cares about people. I liked my doctor, but will have to find a new PCP because they just never have appointments and the people answering the phone are RUDE to people. Sad to have to leave but refuse to put up with the horrible service any longer.

Ive been going here for about a year or two. My doctor is here, so I go here. Ive experienced about 3 of the doctors at this location all are friendly. The nurses are friendly and great. The receptionist is always friendly. I always end up arriving exactly on time. Never seems to be an issue. Overall the staff is great. I have called to make an appointment never had an issue.

they are excepting new patients, which seems to be difficult to find when calling around to get a primary doctor. They have taken care of my medical needs and put me on a better path to healthiness and they do all their blood draws on site.
