Had an appointment at 7. Came in at 7:05, waited in line for about five minutes because the receptionist decided to have a personal conversation with her co-worker, then answer the phone shortly after that, all while I was waiting. Then after I walk up to the counter at 7-Eleven she tells me that I miss the 10-minute window and then I have to cancel an appointment I waited over a month to get. The ladies desk was the first one to the right when you entered the office. Shame on her and her unprofessionalism. Your job is a receptionist is to receive anyone who comes in. The second I walk in your personal discussion with your coworker and supposed to end.

Making an appointment alone is diffiucult because the front desk will keep you on hold FOREVER and then hang up on you multiple times. I was having severe asthma problems and was very sick. I knew all I needed was the nebulizer and to get an inhaler but they kept hanging up on me to the point where I had to goto the hospital. This has happened multiple times. Never going back to this location.

The Rainier Beach Community Center has a wide range of youth and family programs. It also has a pool for classes and party rentals and a computer learning center that offers basics, digital photography, video and other tech workshops. This also a site that does free tax prep every year in partnership with United Way of King County.

Extremely helpful and affordable of you dont have any insurance. I have not waited for my appointments, they have all been on time. And everyone has been very nice.
