Dr. Emily Dy is awesome. She was my doctor for 11 months. I could talk your ear off about why she was awesome. LWHC is extremely lucky to have her. Nurse Margaret is another gem. She knows what she did for me and I thank her again. For one reason or another, people undervalue the huge contribution that nurses make to our healthcare. They are the eyes and ears of the doctor and sometimes can even guide you to ask your doctor the right questions. Thats Nurse Margaret. Dr. Emily and Nurse Margaret make a great team. Physical therapist Neil is pretty wonderful. After foot surgery, I thought I wouldnt walk normally again. Now I am running 10k races. Front desk staff is probably overworked. They are nice people. Have patience with them. Medical director... no. Hell no.

Went when they were *supposed* to open, but they told me to come back in two hours because they didnt have anyone on duty. Came back and had to wait 45 minutes to see someone. Then to top it off, the bill comes and theres no way to pay online. Theyre providing services to **MICROSOFT** and they want you to pay by mail or call a billing line before 2:30 in the afternoon (because having their billing be AT ALL convenient would be too hard). Apparently Microsoft saw the "Mic" part of "Mickey Mouse Operation" and thought the company they contracted their health center to was simpatico. Just unprofessional and behind the times. Shame on Microsoft and on the incompetent management of this health center.

Ive tried to make this place work as my primary care for the last couple of years, but its been a enormous hassle as far as scheduling. If you schedule months in advance, youre good. But you wont find help here if you need immediate attention. Even though in the past Ive had to wait almost an hour to see even a nurse when I show up on time, they tried to reschedule an emergency appointment, I had to jump through hoops to get, a week out simply because I was 6 min late. Clearly my medical problems arent a priority. Im done.

Ive been to the Living Well Health Center multiple times. Each time the staff has been friendly and I have been seen within minutes from the time of my appointment. The doctors are great. Ive seen two different ones and they are friendly, informative and professional. As a Microsoft employee, I especially like the Living Well Health Center, as it is directly across from my worksite.

worst clinic ever...... I am giving one star for an MA. provider was so confused and wasnt able to answer my question. I had to wait at least one hr. in Room...... never go again........
