This location was an extra 30 minutes to get to but their website said they had special LPN to draw blood on children. They even touted a special device that helps with the pinch and pain. Guess what?! They not only had zero idea what I was referring to when I asked about this device. Then the first woman couldnt hit my sons vain. So much fun to try and hold down my tall and strong 7 year old while shes wiggling the needle in and out. Finally the second LMP was able to get the blood needed. Today my Doctor calls me to tell me Quest cant find the blood sample! So my advice is to not trust this place to withdraw blood from a child they clearly are not equipped to handle your child or their blood samples. The next time my son needs blood work its going to take two people just to hold him down because hes not stupid. Kids dont forget. So thanks for making it a complete waste of time and helping to create a new fear for me to have to deal with.

Went to have urine drug screen done for work. Had worked the night before 5pm to 5am, stayed up to go in at 7am when they open. Got there with my authorization and was informed that it could not be done until after 8am. No where on any of my paperwork did it state that. So I had to sit, with a full bladder and wanting to go home and sleep because I worked that night also at 5pm, until 830 because all the blood draws coming in took priority over me.

Everyone here is fantastic. Because certain medical issues require me to get frequent blood tests, I can say after several visits that the blood draws are quick, pretty much painless, and almost never leave even a small amount of bruising, which is very unusual for me, as in the past with other labs, I actually had to wear long sleeved shirts to work for a few days or face nosy questions until my tracks faded.
