My sons experience was horrible he had a 3:30 appt and was coming from Kent ran into traffic and he arrived at 3:10 and the front desk lady refused to see him She was very rude and unkind and the sign said open til 5 and she said they were closed Horrible customer service My company uses Quest for all our drug testing and I will be speaking to my operations manager

Terrible service. Cannot get a live person on the phone. Office is difficult to locate and has no signage outside. Can only do certain testing at certain hours of the day but does not give that information until you actually come in to the office. Waste of my whole day.

Oh my God. Try to call these people. Talk about voicemail hell. You cant talk to a person. This is a classic example of piss poor decision making. Get a receptionist, dont waste your money on a ridiculous answering system.
