This is a McDonalds style practice; in and out as quick as possible. Between a Monday and Wednesday of the same week, the Dr. often did not remember what I was being treated for or what treatments I had received in his office previously. Treatments were not targeted for my injuries, the Dr. frequently dismissed my complaints and symptoms and performed the same exact adjustment at every appointment, leaving the issues unaddressed. He diagnosed conditions that I do not have, and caused me new injuries with his "treatments." They add on plenty of small, ineffective "therapies" as they call them, though they are performed incorrectly, it gives them more to bill insurance for. There was no specific treatment plan when I came to this clinic, and when I requested my progress be checked I was dismissed and told to come in more. Although getting an appointment is easy, rescheduling or cancelling is not. On eight occasions I received reminder calls for appointments I had cancelled, rescheduled, or never made in the first place. When I would tell them that I had rescheduled or I never made an appointment, the staff bickered with me insisting I had an appointment without checking their records to see that I had indeed rescheduled. I would reschedule an appointment at 1 pm on Monday, and the following Tuesday I would get a reminder call for the appointment I had changed, on a consistent basis. If I cancelled an appointment, the office staff ALWAYS used guilt and said things such as "are you sure you have to cancel? Cant you come in today instead?" with sighs and baby voices. I was treated at this clinic for six months, and my condition was either stagnant or sometimes worsened. After seeking treatment at a different clinic, my injuries have almost disappeared within 3 weeks. I highly discourage anyone from seeking treatment here.

Ive been to a lot of chiropractors in my years and Id have to say this guy is the best Ive been to. He is 100 percent willing to go the extra mile to help you get healthy. I have called him after hours and have taken up alot of his time and he has never made me feel rushed or not willing to answer all of my questions. Ive tried to give him lots of excuses as to why Im not following his recommendations and he cuts thru my crap excuses and gets me back on track. I appreciate his upfront no nonsense approach to helping me. This guy is the absolute best. Dont go there if youre not willing to make some hard changes for your health. He will definitely call on on the carpet for it. Thanks doc. Jeremy

First off, I have to say - Im Not good at this eh?! But I shall try. I have had the need for adjustments off and on for many years. my parents were very much in favor of the natural methods in giving the body every possible chance (rather than taking meds) etc. Also, I have inherited my fathers longer back , so when problems arise (from lifting wrong, etc.) I know exactly were to go for help......DR BRATTEN!!! And his crew are just the best!!! So give them a try!!! Youll be happy you did!! P.S. Now my husband is becoming a believer now too!

I have had great success working with Dr. Bratten to alleviate general numbness in my hands and feet and a sore neck. He took a holistic approach to my treatment and explained all the things that could be causing these symptoms including diet, exercise, stretching, sleeping style, toxins in foot, and getting a proper adjustment. My symptoms are entirely gone now and I appreciate all the help and support from Dr. Bratten to correct these issues I’ve been having.

I suffered for years with shoulder pain - finally, my dr. recommended Dr. Bratten. I has been a long struggle and finally, just a few weeks ago, I began to feel much better! A lot less muscle pain, and, I am knitting again! A wonderful and compassionate office staff too! I plan to continue with a maintenance schedule - I have a ways to go, so will keep it up!

Dr Bratten is a great Chiropractor! I have seen multiple chiropractors in the past, but after coming here I must say I will not go anywhere else for my treatments. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of getting each person he treats back to great health! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get back to great health.

I came to Dr. Bratten for some treatments on my back and really felt relieved after my first visit. Ive been to others but did not feel as good as I do with this one. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone. It is sure good to feel no pain as much. Its wonderful.

Such a nice clinic! The doctor is really good at connecting with me, and motivating me to do all my stretches and at-home-care activities. I love this place because it is comfortable and they take drop-in visits!
