Facility is nice, but I think selecting who gets a mask or not is dumb. If one guy is hacking into his hand then touches everything. Gross! And Ive been in bed 5 days and wear mask, wash my hands and dont but then immune compromised comes in n gets sick from Bruno. Well, something is wrong at thus clinic. Besides, who needs a huge latte stand at a clinic? Really? Wow, ok. Dont worry about the sick people touching the food n drink n all. Nasty. It takes no time or very lil for labs but care takes a while. I hope this is better than tacoma or federal way.

Sure you can book an appointment right away, but its usually several weeks out, unless you never see the same doctor twice. Now they updated the pharmacy system, which is great, except they now expect it to take at least an hour for you to get your meds, even if its a refill you put in several days ago. In reality, its several hours. The pharmacy waiting room is packed. I dont have several hours to wait after I get off of work to wait in the pharmacy. I cant wait to seitch insurance.

I arrived at 1:30pm after calling first to confirm there is a Urgent care clinic, there is not. I did receive a appt. at 1:40 pm, which was great. The problem is the receptionist needs to ensure you get inputted into their system. After sitting in a room for 1 hour someone finally asked me was I here to be seen. Then waiting approximately 45 more minutes to see the Dr. Then the pharmacy, 1:20 minutes more to get Sudafed, and antihistamine. Thanks, but never again. Thanks for nothing.

The new Group Health location is a lot bigger than the old building. Checking in for appointments goes much faster and the waiting area is much larger and more comfortable. You can actually have some space around you when you wait, which is really nice considering some of the people around you may have something contagious :) The radio tags the front desk assigns you when you check in are handy because they can find you quickly no matter where you are in the building.

Very nice building with a great pharmacy and coffee shop. The staff is professional and quick to get you where you need to be. Some of the receptionists do need to listen more to patients than assume they know what the patient needs, but its minimal at best. Overall its one of the better healthcare facilities Ive been to and Ive been to a lot.

Switched over to KP from Blue Cross, had to change all my care and build new relationships with my providers... KP does not make this an easy task. Getting a referral for something takes far too long and puts your health at risk, i dislike feeling like I have a dollar figure over my head pertaining to my health.

After being with Group Health for over 2 years, its time for a change. They tell you to arrive 10 minutes early, but Im always waiting 40 plus minutes after my appointment time before Im seen. Im thankful for a job that gives me options for health plans, so I am absolutely leaving Group Health.

Donna is wonderful and caring. I appreciate whenever I see her. Patti is also great, going above and beyond to help me so I get the care I need. The front deak is always nice and very helpful and the other staff i have come across have been very nice, friendly, helpful and caring!

The service is always prompt and the staff is always friendly professional and helpful. I like that its a One Stop Shop and get your prescription blood work Optical and x-rays all at the same place. The prescription Department has changed the wait seems to be considerably longer.

Always get in right away, can choose your doctor our see whoever is in at the time to get in sooner. Love the new facility. Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Pharmacy is very professional and takes necessary precautions and I feel safe getting meds through them.

Been with this organization for about 5 years now and I LOVE them. A couple of hiccups along the way, but they have always been courteous and compassionate about their patients. Love the way they communicate with me, I them, the options are endless almost. Very 22nd century ;D

Pretty much one stop shop. I like that. Its close to fredickson. Pharmacy, x rays, optical, and doctors. All in one spot. Just had to reorder glasses t g at I lost, they were still in style and didnt need to go in for a reexam.great customer service.
