If i could give zero stars I would. I read the reviews prior to calling, hoping I would be one of the lucky ones since this place seems to be very hit or miss. But I didnt even make it past the receptionist. NANCY was very rude over the phone. I asked her about any openings this week, perhaps the weekend or as soon as possible. She just kept saying I dont have any openings, I wont have any openings in that time frame. She instead told me to visit their walk in clinics. I made it very clear to her that I was calling this location specifically because I wanted to establish a Primary Care Physician. Again she referred me to the walk in locations. Repeating herself over and over again like as if I didnt understand her the first time she did it. She NEVER even bothered to ask me what I wanted to see a Doctor for. Nor did she take into consideration that I said as soon as possible because I want to establish a PCP. Now, Ive had chronic elbow pain for quite some time. Its only gotten worse with time. In order to determine the root cause, damage and care plan means multiple visits, X-rays, possible medication and follow ups. Why on earth would I go to a walk in clinic? Especially knowing what urgent care clinics are meant for. I was calling here in hopes of changing my care provider closer to my home so that I wont have to drive all the way to Renton. Its safe to say that in light of this I will not be bothering to call back or even attempt to establish care here. You ought to fire everyone who isnt worth a damn and cant even be bothered to be courteous to customers; just start from scratch. Why go into the customer service field to begin with, if youre just plain rude?

After having a really unsatisfactory experience with another health care provider, I chose to come here to have my yearly physical. I was very happy with the treatment I received and everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse, to Katy Palmer ARNP, were friendly, polite, and professional. And unlike the last provider where I attempted to get good care, this one actually has a patient portal that works! Received every test result promptly through the portal, AND through the mail as well. Love the extra effort made by them to insure I know whats going on. I would highly recommend SFM to anyone looking to establish a strong connection with a personal care provider. Thanks again Katy!

Dr.Kevin Taggart is an amazing doctor. Who sometimes runs late cause well well he delivers babies and everyone wants to see him. Plus hes only human and cares about his patients. Ive been seeing Kevin since 1999 and in the beginning I wasnt very fond of him because he was a doctor. (My luck with doctors was horrible up until then) But since Ive been seeing him Ive to trust and yes love my doctor. Hes got an amazing bed side manner and an awesome sense of humor. In fact I loved him so much I trust him with my whole familys medical care.

I love this clinic! My know kids were both delivered by Dr. Taggart & while delivering my family loves him & still remember him from when my son was delivered by him 3 almost 4 years ago. They get seen by Dr. Hokanson who seriously makes everything easy for me & my kids. Shes seen me all throughout my pregnancies & they both make me feel comfortable. I love this clinic not so much the same day clinic but definitely this clinic lol. I referred my family members to this clinic as well. 5 years & counting

Recently went and go my annual physical, all they did was see how much I weighed and gave me the wrong prescription for something. Whenever I go in Im so hopeful that they will seem genuine and make it seem like they care/actually care, but everytime my walk-ins or even appointments are only 15 minutes long or even shorter. Im not happy with this place what so ever.

I have been seeing Heather for over 5 years. She is amazing. She always takes the time to listen to me. Puts me on the correct path medically, physically or just mentally. The staff as well has always been helpful and kind. Thank you everyone

The staff are always friendly and nice. Kevin Taggart isnt just a doctor. Hes the doctor who actaully cares and listens. Hes not the doctor that automatically puts you on meds. Hes the only doctor Ill go to.
