I have my 4th sinus infection of the year, I need an antibiotic but they wouldnt give it to me because they said I have to wait until Ive had the infection for 10 days then come back again for an antibiotic so they can bill my insurance a second time. Now Im getting everyone I come into contact with sick too, all so Multi Care can get a little more money. How am I supposed to stay sick for 10 days? Luckily I collect disability, but if I had a job I would surely be fired for being sick so long and having to take so much time off work. I mean Ive never been told to wait 10 days before by any other clinic, usually they prescribe an antibiotic right away, so that way I could get back into the game right away and return to work or school or whatever else someone might have going on. From now on Im only sticking with my Primary Care doctor even if I have to wait a couple days for an appointment. I mean how can you expect someone to live with a sinus infection for 10+ days? Do they think the whole world just collects disability and doesnt have to work or be anywhere except at home??

For the love of Pete, God, Jesus, Santa Claus, your mom, your Grandma, DONT COME HERE. I joined the line online at 2:40 pm for 4:40 pm walk in appt. I get there at 4:15, and Im told itll be another 2 hour wait. okay, fine. I wait and dont get back there til after 5. Im ok with that cause, you know, hospitals be slow as hell. I get back there, they do the weight stuff, BP, ask about my symptoms then say "be with you in 10 to 15 minutes", which quickly turned into another 30. The doc gets there and asks me questions, pushes down on my stomach a couple times (was having stomach pain) and says, oh you need to go to the ER because it might be appendicitis. Im no doctor, but Im pretty sure it wasnt appendicitis. So I waited 1.5 hours to be seen for 2 minutes and sent to the ER. I get to the ER, wait for 4 hours, and am told that its not appendicitis and I just needed Tylenol....-_-. Yea, dont come here. Go to the Auburn or Federal Way one (my fave) but AVOID THIS ONE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They suck up that insurance money for literally NOTHING.

First came in to see a doctor. Talked to front desk, gave her my info. I noticed she seemed very stuffed up, and struggling to breath. I asked her if she was sick, and she said very. Then she said my insurance info wasnt registering and I have to have a seat somewhere else to call and verify my membership. Even tho I just told her as I was on the phone with them that I am speaking to someone right now and asked her if she would like to talk to them. She ignored me and said no please have a seat and verify. So I did. Now Im 3 places behind seeing someone. Very unprofessional. I understand you deal with sick ppl everyday..but coming to work sick to treat sick ppl is probably not a good combo.

This is my primary care facility. I really like coming here as its very close to where I live. I have been a patient here since 2009. I have never experienced any problems like some of the reviews. I have always been given great service and every Dr. i have seen have been very professional and took the time to answer every question I had. I highly recommend This clinic. Yes it somtimes takes time to get into see a regular Dr. but there is an urgent care facility on the premises that you can get in with a short wait if any.

I went here on a weekday. There was no wait. The MD who saw me seemed very on top of her game. She was extremely efficient, but she took the time to answer my questions without making me feel dumb or like I was wasting her time, and her answers were clear and informative. Highly recommended.

I never wait too long when I go for urgent care. Like 30-45 min. Also I go to the actual clinic for my primary doc. Everyone is nice and professional. Never had any issues.
