Jessica Brown: Yeah, I know exactly what You mean. Those Case Workers at DSHS Bellevue are there NOT to Help You, but to make it so Difficult that You would end Up Closing your Case or They Will Close it for You. My case worker Helen is a Bitch. She keeps Asking for Paper Work that She Does NOT need and wants to Micro-Manage My Life every Step of the Way. She wants to treat me like I am child and micro-manage me like I am a Doll and Not a Person that can make my Own Decisions. She is there to Give Me a Hard Time, but NOT to Help Me. They Are Bull Shit. My Case Worker Helen is always LYING to Me. She Changes the Story as She Goes Along Just to Get Away with Puppeteering Me.

I do not like my case worker. Every time I ask her a question I get "I dont know how to do that", "I cant do that", or "Just call customer service". She always schedules appointments at 10:30 am on days that I have class and she has a copy of my school schedule and then when I call to reschedule she gets mad at me. Also, when I do go in to meet with her she is very rude and condescending.

I came there, when I felt very down and helpless and they were able to elevate my hopes, and oriented me to a better understanding and confidence.

Well they should have a schedule posted on the phone service for hours. I called 4 times waited over 10 min. On hold and was hung up on every time. Really frustrating. I called on Thursday at 3:30 to find out they close at 2 pm. I called until 4:30
